Hara mirch - 1-2 (finely chopped, swad anusar)
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Vidhi:
1. **Arbi ke pate tayar karna**: Arbi ke pate ko dhoke, unki peti ko kaat lo. Beech se kaat kar unhe halka sa saaf kar lo.
2. **Batter banana**: Ek bade bowl mein besan, rice flour, haldi, lal mirch, ajwain, aur namak daal kar achhe se milao. Isme grated adrak, chopped hara mirch, aur hara dhaniya bhi daal do. Thoda paani daal kar ek smooth batter bana lo.
3. **Pakodi talna**: Kadai mein tel garam karo. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, tab arbi ke pate ko batter mein dip karke tel mein daal do. Pakodi ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak tal lo.
4. **Nikaalna aur serve karna**: Jab pakodi achhe se tal jaaye, tab unhe tissue paper par nikaal lo taaki excess tel nikal jaaye. Agar chaho to lemon juice bhi daal sakte ho.
