3rd one is like began raita...just need big began(roasted), green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, yogurt, salt, coriander leaves (paste)...add this paste in roasted began...n it's ready... 👍

This is how we do it in Nagaland too. The traditional way out here. However, our's don't get charred like that even if we roast them. You need to be v skilled to avoid that 😁

You should use small sized tomatoes rather than big ones as small one makes chutney more tastier
