All I need is the fish finder temp and depth. My main fishing spot is an above ground mostly fixed depth bathtub. That’s what most municipal water supply lakes/reservoirs are. I know the drop off goes from 3-20 feet from the shore. What I can’t see is fish or their depth.
What do you think about fishing at the Jax Beach Pier? I've never been and I'm thinking about taking my son since the bass bite is almost non existent right now from the bank :-) also any recommendations for a cheap/decent salt rod/reel combo. If I do go I'm most likely bringing some bass litres to for fun and my bass rod with 65lb braid LOL
Well i've had people tell me one way from another, I just like the overall usability of the deeper and how good it is in a multitude of different fishing types.
Does he mention that the I bobber will run you 80 and the deeper will run you 329$?

aren't you comparing a 400 deeper with a 150 ibobber ? maybe a fairer comparison would be the ibobber with the deeper start model
Really like the deeper. Just wish it was a little lighter, feels like Im casting a cannon ball. Thanks for sharing.
I've found a Med fast action time spinner rod works well for it so you get more "swing" out of it. All in all, I'm very pleased with it.
Very informative and useful.👍
I heard the ibobber is actually 2 hours of battery life.

Johnny Bones I'm catching bass every weekend from bank atleast 7 to ten a day in duval...
Johnny Bones the pier was destroyed during hurricane Matthew
Kevin Behm damn, your right...how the hell did I forget that LOL (that sux) that rly simplified takin my son salt water fishing.
I already have a ibobber and i feel crummy now

Feel like you are reeling too fast
The ibobber will only work correctly in 4 feet of water or more. Vegetation will read as fish in very shallow water.
I'd say the ibobbers are for beginners the deeper more advanced
I’d agree. This was before the deeper start but now the deeper start I would say overshadows the ibobber in all regards and even costs less.
@904Fishing oh must definitely lol I chose the deeper lol I got one now wonton to go out to enjoy it lol
🤘
seems like the ibobber would be great if the app wasnt written by amateurs.
the very bad software holding it back.
cant save any data? i mean cmon....
