To be honest don’t make fun brothers we do have alot of malls in Nepal.Without knowing and having a deep research you guys are assuming everything and making your own guess. Nepal is one of the beautiful place in the earth. We do have our on significance. You guys are just roaming around 1,2 cities and deciding which is not fair.Nepal has alot of heritage sites and natural places to roam. Anyway you guys have alot to know. Have a nice trip.
Yeah, the entrance ticket to Bhaktapur Durbar Square is little bit more expensive than Kathmandu Durbar Square but they use that money for the restoration and maintenance of structures destroyed by the 2015 Earthquake.
they have been saying that for years now but still not restored anything and they will never restore that imagine they have been doing this since past 8 years and still no improvement?? no restoration?? they are not set up by government these are just some contractors exploiting tourist but we nepalis are so naive to even see that
@@Fe-ironman nah bhaktapur has done alot better at restoration than Kathmandu and lalitpur. Bhaktapur doesn't just use that tourist money for repairment, bhaktapur government runs khwopa clz for +2 and khwopa engineering college too. These too are funded by bhaktapur municipality and tourism money goes for these things too. And khwopa engineering college is actually one of the cheapest when it comes to engineering and is well known engineering college. They also trying to make MBBS available at like around 20lakhs which is pretty much half of which is literally half of the price MBBS needs in Nepal. They also use the tourist money for other things too like khwopa hospital and stuff. Not "restored" anything but the mahadev temple if I'm not mistaken at left hand side near the place where you take citizenship is one of the temples repaired and stuff. While it's true that politicians are corrupted but bhaktapur has actually done alot better at restoration and usage of tourist money compared to Kathmandu and bhaktapur. And khwopa college is probably the only college in Nepal which actually was created to give learning opportunities to the local students and hence true to it's motive it takes more like half of it's student from bhaktapur district which is honestly a very good thing since it's hard to get into engineering college because of high number of students and bhaktapur government helping it's local citizen by opening colleges focused on taking local students. In that sense bhaktapur government has done very good or atleast decent which is why nemakepa or Kishan party has been winning elections and running the government for like 3 decades. And actually bhaktapur one is set up by government while it's technically nemakapa or Kishan party which has been winning elections in bhaktapur for like 3 decades and stuff and the college and hospital. There's a reason why nemakepa or Kishan party wins election in bhaktapur by landslide despite having powerhouse like congress, communist and maoist party. These parties gets literally humiliated in bhaktapur with the number of votes they get compared to nemakepa. What I want to say is bhaktapur government has used the tourist money for better compared to Kathmandu and bhaktapur. Sure I might be less informed and don't know much since I'm not from that bhaktapur area but I do have to admit that they had been doing better job based on what I seen. While what you have said is true to Kathmandu since Kathmandu is barely starting the restoration, lalitpur is in process of restoring, bhaktapur is ahead in restoring the sites since they had started early and succeeded restoring many historical temples in the square while Kathmandu and lalitpur are struggling. Nah only Kathmandu is struggling and has done least work at restoration in my opinion based on what I have seen but maybe now balen in the office, he would actually priotize it.
when you guys don't what is king curd you can't say that what the heck is king curd before you say that you can ask anyone Ju Ju Dhau a king curd a special famous dish of Bhaktapur which is famous in whole Kathmandu valley in Kathmandu valley there are 3 district Kathmandu Bhaktapur and Lalitpur not just in whole Kathmandu valley nowadays it's also famous in other foreign country where Nepali people's are living anyway welcome to my hometown Bhaktapur enjoy your day
Suprise for you guys, kathmandu bhaktapur and lalitpur three districts are a valley, in past these three districts were ruled by single king then his three son were handover these individual districts, culturally same, visually same but little differences.
Every time i see you guys together in video & your funny conversation. It reminds me the animation characters i saw on TH-cam called "Beavis & Butt Head"🤭😂
Next time pls visit on September to January and visit pokhara main tourist destination Abc trekking, chitwan and i feel so sorry that you hadn't seen the real beauty much love brothers
You guys should have read about the place a little. The entrance fee goes for the preservation of the cultural heritage of the city. I mean bhaktapur carries immense history and is one of the best preserved places in kathmandu valley. I don't know if your guide told you about the place you are visiting or not. Was not shown in this video. For example you walked through Taumadi square where you saw Nyatapola temple, tallest temple in the country. And not trying juju dau, one of the best curds in the country was such a mistake.
you guys didn't get to see all the things in Bhaktapur. Your guide only took you to one of three squares. you literally walked past Pottery Square where you would've gotten to do actual pottery and your guide didn't take you to Dattatreya Square which is the old square. the entrance price is high but the price includes the museum ticket as well as the entrance to Golden Gate. but, i guess it's your guide's fault. i'm not justifying the price but you guys missed out on 70% of the city... also, the Rs. 1800 ticket includes the guide.. hope you come back to bhaktapur cause this city is insane when it comes to history and culture. it is known as the most cultural city in the Kathmandu valley even around Nepali people.. cheers.. ✌️✌️
i think you have to go outside the vally somewhere in village to experience how nepali people and hospitality is. I vally we have many peoples from other country and they look like some of us and they will say and talk nepali and language. Best way to get out from valley to village😊
Your guide is not good. Neither he showed you the city properly, nor he explained you anything. He skipped many important places, and just kept walking.
most of these malls u went to are dead, i've lived here all my life and havent been and will prob never go. rn the largest one, tht people frequent would be Labim mall, saturday mornings are a good time. the burger house/crunchy fried chicken shop are okay for a quick bite.
Always nice to see your videos guys, loving your positive vibes when you visit new strange places. However for this one, you visited the king place of the king curd (JU JU Dhau ) and you missed the opportunity to try it, it's literally a life changing experience, It's like going to New York and missing out on the Dollar Pizza or not trying out any Ramen or Shushi when in Japan :P Hopefully you get another opportunity to try it. Also with regards to an officially approved tour guide (usually found at the main gate), they can give you amazing insights into the artictecture and history of the place, which would have been absolutely fascinating. However, none of that seem to come through with the guy that you had, so I feel bad for you guys missing out on such an enriching experience their also. :( Hopefully your next visits go way smoother, as we really just want you to enjoy Nepal to its full potential. Anyway, that being said I enjoy watching all of your videos and quirkiness, I cant wait for the next ones, please keep it coming! :)
Not a good guide. I think municipality and locals need to focus on Guide with better guidance and explain better about history, culture and locality....

I've seen some of their videos and they often say that they're just being cautious with exotic foods. They already experienced food poisoning before and they said that their stomach isn't that tough, especially Tyler. Just go easy with them and let them try stuff on their own ☺️
