Thanks Warrick. I also used some loctite on the screw with the spring washer. I had already lost some ball bearings and had some damaged springs but was able to purchase suitable replacements on ebay. I purchased 4mm stainless steel ball bearings and springs 10mm long with an outer diameter of 3mm, and a wire diameter of 0.5mm.

Well done. I was thinking of adding the loctite also. Well done sourcing the bearings and wire for the springs 🙂

How many ball bearings are in there do u know? One of ours come apart and I'm.not sure if I found all the bearings or not.

Hey Tara, there are 2 bearings, but they still work fine if you only have 1. 🙂
