    So true. Completed my first dissolve yesterday. Very significant migration & discolouration pale area to lateral of lower that looked like compression of vessel which started to improve. Lots of hours of pre study to perfect my technique 👌

    I am from Germany and am still searching for a good injector. Could you tell which technique is the best for a natural look?

    New to aesthetics, how would I go about dissolving someone’s lips if they are allergic to bee sting?

    I am new to injecting and I love the advice you give! Everyone says lip filler is so painful, so I’m glad I was born with naturally full lips😂

      As a professional and experienced Injector))), a can give you an advice. Use an anesthetic gel instead of a cream. Applay a gel on a 5 minutes. That's it!

      I too was born with full lips and was teased for them by my sister - I won’t share what she called me, it’s politically and morally very incorrect. Anyway, there was a time that I hated my lips and now I’m happy with them. Isn’t it just dumb that trends can heavily influence our own self images?

    I want a 0.5 ml but terrified of occlusion..any advice??😒

    • @DrTimPearce
      @DrTimPearce  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Vessel occlusion is a low incidence around 1 in 20,000 with a needle and around 1 in 70,000 with a cannula.
      Meet with practitioners and see who make a you feel the most at ease. And that they make you feel confident that they know what to do should the worst happen.
      Lip fillers in the right hands are very safe and incredibly effective at boosting your self esteem.

    Hi Dr. Pearce I just had done my lips, they used Revolax fine My lips are with a very subtle volume they look natural. My question is, in your opinion is it a good filler brand? Thank you so much. 🙏🏻

      Revolax is definitely the best of the cheaper fillers I think

      @@JordyJRT 💖thank you ! Well, since I can not afford to pay for an expensive filler treatment I think this is not a bad one. Thanks !!! 🙏🏻

      I personally think revolax is prone to migration. The plumpness looks great initially. It's better that revolax fine has been used. It seems to be a brand many practitioners use. I prefer kairax

    Omg the language barrier struggle between trained & laypeople is real!! It was an expensive lesson and I absolutely regret using the word natural with my surgeon prior to breast augmentation. No one wants to look cartoonish so we say just say “natural”

    All of this chasing after that one person who started all of these trends to be just like them is so reminiscent of the Dr Seuss’s story “Sneetches”. ⭐️. The full version is on TH-cam for those of you who may not have the book on your shelf.

    I’d agree
    With that psychology if the majority of people had filler.
