Once again, thanks for picking up my load. I only had the one tape, so those were the only two episodes I had. I'd really love to see "Theres An Elephant In That Tree" and "Pet Fair" at some point. There, I've made my picks. :)
this was the only Elephant Show that I've watched, it was a recording that my Nana had and I used to watch it whenever I could. I also have a recording of the ABC live show that I constantly watched, if anything...I think I was pretty lucky to watch Sharon Lois and Bram :3
@ChildhoodMemories123 do u have any links for tht album cuz if i remember correctly tht was one of my favs albums i had on cassessete but now i dont have it anymore so if u do have links or torrents plz let me know plz thx
did they make big time in the US? i remember having at least one of their cassettes. the trio rocks! i really thought when i was a little guy, sharon was a great singer! even thought she could do a solo! i also thought they were from somewhere like atlanta, San Antonio, Dallas, the carolinas, or louisiana or anywhere southern, good with accents, you know.
I hoped that you'll upload SLEEPOVER, because that's the whole secret that one crew member and his wife (a.k.a. a Catalan-speaking teacher) will be in a kids' group (just as Daccia, Robin, Fayez, Marlow, Lily Anne, Jaqueline & Cara remembered), actually, the guest was The Potato People.
elephant has and will always will be female hello she played snow white and goldy locks in other episodes. her name is elephant yes its stupid name. using names was very important in show
Commercials started out only being a few minutes then gradually got longer with less time in each commercial which is when they started being unbalanced in volume and bass.

And it was written by Huddie "Leadbelly" Ledbetter, who also penned such classics and "Goodnight Irene", "Midnight Special" and others.
WOW! This is awesome thank you sooooo much I remember watching this as a child!
Meeting in the building has to be my one of my favorite songs as an episode intro because of the great horn section along with eric's song

I can't find "Treasure Island" or "Who Stole the Cookies" anymore, they were both in my favorites and now I can't figure out what happened.
The song was "Meetin in the building" from their "In the Schoolyard" album.

I'm guessing that the song they sing at the beginning is, or is based on, a gospel song
what is the song that's sung from 3:30 to 5:24 ?
It's "Lukey's Boat", an old Newfoundland folk song, with adapted lyrics about the race car.
