    These long drives requires so much patience, focus and discipline. This cross country drive will be an event that you will never regret or forget. So happy you got to experience this and thank you for bringing us along.

      Except for the fact that I am disabled; I use a mobility scooter to walk around, and I have to use the restroom often 😤. I would love to explore our country on beautiful scenic highways & roads. You are very fortunate Ken. I would love to be in your shoes!!

    The flat green land with blue sky reminds me of the Windows XP background.

    2:34:18 Seeing that RV with the car right behind it (I hope they've both got CB or FRS radios) reminded me of a motorhome (Campers converted from vans, more common than RVs in Britain and Europe) I once saw that had a trailer carrying a Smart car!

    oh my gosh, I apologize for my ignorance. But I didn't expect Kansas to be full of trees and greenery. Great insight!

    Driving through Kansas is amazing; the further you go, the flatter it gets!

      It's not flat though. After Topeka it gradually slopes upwards to over 4,000 ft towards Colorado.

    Thought question: compare how you clean your jail unit when you're an inmate on cleaning duty, versus how do you clean up around the fast food restaurant when you work at the fast food restaurant?

    the flatness and vastness of the land is terrifying to me... imagine living there, where would you walk?

    I didn't think other places had tolls. I just thought the Northeast only had them. Great video!👍🏾

    • @ActionKid
      @ActionKid  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I think the Northeast has the most tolls out of any other region of the USA. Other states have tolls but it's much more infrequent.

    We are part of civilization in Lawrence, but once you get west of the 100th meridian, that's where it all starts changing to the open plains you were probably expecting...I personally greatly dislike driving through Western Kansas....it's just too desolate, too hypnotic...I feel like I'm driving on another planet out there. The big wind turbines heighten the effect.

    • @ActionKid
      @ActionKid  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can see why the scenery changes so quickly and why you don't like driving through Western Kansas.

    There'S an easy fix to get rid of flys in the car: Just open all Windows. The wind will blast them out ;)

      @@ActionKid You are delivering a great impression of the USA. In the epic song "God bless America " the mountains and seas are described. You can feel with your drive the vastness of the country like it is not very often displayed here on YT. Well done. 😊
