Ok....I need to say. Thank you SO MUCH for not just posting your experiences, but your commentary on healthy mentality and overcoming obstacles. You've both won a big fan here.
@@VanGirlYuka honestly, you guys might just get me on a bike for the first time in ten years. Not like you guys, just any bike. You make it look so fun, just to ride!
You are such an inspiration!!! I have been there but did not hit any of those big drops by Drop The Hammer. Definitely looks WAY bigger in person! But when working drops, I tell myself "80% confident, 100% committed!"
Ive eaten ALL of the fantastic dishes, However Ive NOT dropped like you!! WELL done, . I just found your channels. Im hooked! Thank you for sharing your journeys. Im inspired.
Watching you face your fears is inspiring and your tips on improving your confidence is probably going to be important for me in the next few months so I'm glad I watched this video, thsnks
Very KOOL video!!! I'm coming from Eric 's Channel!!!! Been very much enjoying his videos and wanted to come by and show your channel some love too!!! Love all your enthusiastic positive energy!!! Keep up the great content. PS. Love all the food references!!!! :)
Excellent! I think the step up with drop in freeride park looked much tougher than drop the hammer! You killed it 🤟🏻This is something that will give my wife confidence to send it a bit more on our local trails.
I'm watching this video so I can get myself to jump over Yukandoit . I managed the Stump Jump but there's a difference between a horizontal gap and a 7-8' drop in the woods. Your video is helping me get my mind around it. Thank You!
i was just out there yesterday and was too scared to try it just yet. but watching yall do it, i'm feeling like i can get out there and drop the hammer!
Love this! You make virtual learning fun and enjoyable. I'm getting into MTB riding right now and we have tons of hills in Cali. I'm definitely a newbie, so I feel every challenge you have on this video. Keep doing vlogs of your experience, it's nice to see your neighborhood trail :)
Cool vid! It is somewhat easy to see that pulling up on the handlebars isn't necessary just before the drop, as long as the speed is enough. To have the right angle at touchdown appears to be so hard to get right though. I want to be able to do these drops as they appear so fun! Fav's so far that I've tried: Sushi, tempura, and Japanese whisky.
You've gotten much better since you started your channel. Nice job! I have a hard time after the first few jumps on Cease and Desist too. They seem to buck me. I guess I better go back and practice more.
You are gonna be very good jumper! You have to be strong and pump hard to clear those jumps. I get backed when I feel scared. I always remind me to be attacking position👍
I follow BCPOV and just found your channel. I think you have massive skills and love your style! I need to visit bentonville, those trails look sick! Seriously jealous of your skills and style... subbed
I haven't tried any of those Japanese foods. For me, it'd be french fries, potato salad, and spicy chicken wings. I'm still on french fries and potato salad level features, I think. On another subject, can I just say how awesome I think it is to be seeing more women coming out with MTB channels and sending it? It's encouraging to see this sport growing not just in general, but getting so many girls and women involved. Keep up the good work, Yuka! Thanks for sharing these. I really enjoy watching your videos. Stay upright and keep the rubber side down. -Brian P.S. I love a good ice cream after a nice ride, as well. 😎
Thank you Brian 😁 I want more girls to ride a bike and show us shredding 👍 French fries and potato salad are great! One day you would want to try spicy chicken wings even though you know it's gonna be spicy 💪
I ran into them a few times before hit them 👍 but once I decided to hit i don't hesitate. Think about it, you get scared just before the edge and couldn't make it... horrible 😱😱😱
You drop better then some tuff guy ,nice riding lady...respect and best wishes on all your adventure trip arround the world,,you stil motovate me to ride peace
Those drops are very well built. Salt cabbage (middle drop in slaughter pen) might be a short landing but it's fun! Let me know how you like it there 😊
You'll be better ride soon. I couldn't have sent it last year 👍 Bentonville has many more fun trails and it's growing. I'm sure you'll have a great time there 😊
How did scary-cat Eric convince himself this massive drop?
Go check his video!

After I saw Eric's video and I came to see your and I already knew the outcome. YOU ARE A BOSS! You don't seem to fear anything. Props Yuka!
If I feel fear I wouldn't try 😂 it'd far out of my reach. Your guts know better👍

That's great! It's so wonderful to see a woman hitting the big stuff!!
I agree! It's hard to find female mountain bikers but I'm glad I did!

You might find Cooper there 😁 you are gonna be okay! I hope you will have fun there 👍

This is the best mountain bike instructional video I've seen in a long time. I'm ready to hit those drops!

I love the way you compare it to food
Awesome vid! Love the theme and the graphic work, well done!
Amazing storytelling, Yuka!
Based on what I saw in BCPOV's video, I thought you just launched it first time, every time. It's always Eric who comes to a stop at the lip. 😁
I ran into them a few times before hit them 👍 but once I decided to hit i don't hesitate. Think about it, you get scared just before the edge and couldn't make it... horrible 😱😱😱
Wooooow you did it Yuka. You just became my inspiration!
