When you loose or gain weight, fat loss or gain is experienced throughout the body including face not just the areas you're working out. That's why he looks different.
Due to my experience and other people I've been around losing and gaining weight; It can change A LOT in overall appearances. Not in one spot but even their faces. Maybe due to the hygiene along with it too. There can be changes lol.
Noses change bruh, especially when you gain weight or lose. When my fave was puffy, and my cheeks went chubby, my nose got pulled so it looked flatter. Once I lose weight it went straighter, cheekbones also got more define and the chin too.

It’s already possible to gain great amounts of muscle without bulking to extreme lengths but still it’s a common practise to cycle bulking and cutting. Sooner people will get more precise with their intakes and you’d see less of this food stuffing practises. I believe they’re being criticised nationwide at this point.
honestly it’s just part of muscle building. you eat in a surplus to gain muscle, and if you are already lifting heavy you are burning a lot of calories that way so you need to make up for it.
Roxy Lipz Their season for the actual sport makes it so they basically have to starve themselves and go through extensive measures to look that good. Similar to wrestlers it’s cutting season + it would be dangerous to maintain.
She probably did not reach her goal weight and could not compete. When they took photos after the competition, she was wearing her usual clothes. Same with the time they did their profile photoshoot.
