I really loved when Choi Eunju and Yoon Jun toasted their water bottles on each other's abs. It was such a wholesome bro moment! Congrats to both of them for making it this far and especially Eunju on the Grand Prix!

boss yang is not the type of person that knows how to express himself well but i can tell that he cares SO MUCH for his muscle crew & is constantly putting up a front for his crew members to rely on him indirectly & at the end they will fee rewarded through his harsh but well-intended trainings :’)

Boss Yang and Boss Kim are the MVPs of this show! Both of them are passionate about their work, good leader, firm yet care about their staffs genuinely. Most importantly they are inspiring and motivating to do our best in life.
I started working out at home recently since we have to stay at home these days and I really felt like I have a goal to achieve at the end of the day and it’s really motivating for me to lead a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable. It ain’t easy but momentum is what keep us going, I learnt to be much stronger both physically and mentally and keep pushing myself to certain limit. I’ll keep working out !
This made me cry so much. Boss Yang is amazing. Choi Eunju is amazing. Everyone in the crew is amazing. i wish nothing but joy and happiness for them. Boss Yang keep fighting!
