Teeda I wanted to let you know I have the purple owl painting in special drills from temu if you would like it that way it looks like will be pretty when done .
I just started and ordered some from Temu first to see if I would like it. I'm hooked! They say the smaller the less clear. Of the three 20x20's the Rose and the side shot of the moon/sun are beautiful but the one with words, not so much. Just an FYI. My arthritis needed a break from crochet and reading (at least actual book reading) I enjoy the audiobooks I can listen to over my phone or tablet via the Public Library ❤☮

And you're correct the large the painting the better the detail. I find 40 x 30 is about as small as I can go and 50 x 50 is a really good go to size for me. I've done many large size paintings as well. They take a lot of time, but are beautiful. My brother's birthday is on Halloween, and his favorite color is purple. One year, we were visiting them in Atlanta, where they lived during his birthday. We rode into the city with him and shopped in underground Atlanta while he worked. We found purple streamers, balloons, and those hard pumpkins kids use to trick or treat. The gifts were wrapped in purple...your little purple pumpkin teapot brought back good memories to me. Thanks.

if you look at the charting on the bears the black mouth line is there it's using the symbol c which is the 310
