Since you have mentioned 2017-18batch, it is nearly five years of journey only mam. And It is 100% true that in Karnataka government jobs are sold but not all vacancies. 80% people who prepare for government jobs are unemployed(Voluntary/demand/frictional), everyone wish to clear within one or two attempts but sadly in KPSC notification (very less posts) happens in one year, pre happens next year mains takes another year, interview and results another year. Please don't forget even you participated/supported recent protests for KSPC reforms.
Now by reading this message i fell in confusion wt to do in future weather to go for prvt job through campus selection or try out exams for govt job, i m a 4th sem engrg student

Ma'am can u pls tell there is 37 chapters in modern history (spectrum)Rajiv Ahir which chapter to study.bcoz i studied the syllabus more than 50times to decode bt couldn't
Take guidance from some mentor or coaching institute if you are a beginner... U have more chances of cracking as you may not have outside (office or college exam) tensions.. Managing home is also a challenge, seek for help from your family and study. All the best👍
