Optoma HD20 DLP Projector Color Wheel/Light Tunnel Repair

Someone local had an HD20 that gave them a problematic picture after installing a new lamp. They asked me to diagnose the cause and find a repair solution if it was reasonable. I found the color wheel had spun itself apart and the light tunnel had the glue fail that secures the rectangle structure to the metal carrier. This caused some shadows on the edge.
The color wheel was about $40 on eBay and the light tunnel was repairable as it sat. After giving it a good cleaning, I repaired everything and ran it for a few hours before having to ship it back to the customer who only lived about 15miles away.
