    They let me and my customers down big time on the Mezco TMNT set. I preordered for them, and my order went from expected August 2023 to August 2024 then to April 2024, then just "backordered". I had to send three emails to get a reply. The reply that I got was basically "Yeah, Mezco allocated us, so unless you ordered on the first day, your order will be cancelled." This is around a month after all other sites (including Entertainment Earth themselves) sold through all of their stock. I had to reach out to my customers and let them know that I wasn't going to be able to get the item for them. If it weren't for me reaching out to them, I (and worse, my customers) would still be hanging.

      Very poor organization. All of that should have been canceled as soon as they knew. The lack of communication is just shitty service.

    So how many people were left hanging for how long before they noticed this woman quit?
    I'm a little confused. Did they realize she had quit as a result of this guy looking into your account after seeing your video? Because, if they knew she had quit before that, you would think they would have reassigned and reached out to all of her customers.

      I’m not exactly clear on that, nor how many of us were left hanging by her departure. She basically took two weeks of vacation, then quit a couple days after she came back with no notice. That’s what I have pieced together from it.
      Based on my personal job experiences, a person can use up their time off, call in for a solid week, and/or no call no show for days, before they’re terminated. I don’t know if that was the case with her, but her leaving could have taken up quite a bit of time before they realized she wasn’t coming back.
      That’s still no excuse for it not being immediately fixed once her separation was finalized.

      Depending on what you’re ordering, and what kind of relationship you have with your rep really. I changed what, and how much, I order, plus have a great rep now that really cares.

      @@TheIslandViper Yeah I was one of the ones that got dumped off to the whatever department. And I've had the courtesy 15-day hold and or 500 whichever comes first but the shipping still wasn't combined they just waited to ship it. And it doesn't sound like anyone's going to do anything for me and I tried to file a claim for three damaged items and they were denied and claim they're covered under some defect clause that I've never heard before. So it's a mess. I finally got a hold of one person I don't know if they're going to help me or not we'll see.

      Not sure they just moved into a new building.its just has entertainment earths logo.
