My new Eufy X10 Pro Omni had a breakdown,so i returned it for refund .

    Sorry for your experience, I had my Eufy X10 Pro Omni for a few months now and is has been nothing but good. I didn't expeerience the issue you had. I think likely is an isolated case. I recommand to try another unit.

      Just happened to me as well bolt didn’t come out but screw out a bit and brush is keep jamming now, hopefully Eufy will replace unit as absolutely love it and don’t wanna go for another make

    Thanks for the honest review man. It's individual user experiences like this that better help people make informed decisions about companies and their purchases. You brought up some good improvement suggestions.
    Also to not manually try to fix problems which manufacturers occasionally use as a reason to not honour warranties. I've done some testing on a few of these devices and can tell you you're not the only one to have problems with Eufy. All the companies have manufacturing faults and I honestly believe Ecovacs need to improve their app, it has some serious bugs that will take time to resolve especially stability when adding in 3D furniture to the custom map. Their divide feature isn't great either. I personally had one of the new T series models driving around for nearly 7 minutes twice looking for the basestation and getting lost.
    They're so close to being great but a lot of it is also luck whether you get a fully functioning model or not.
    Keep up the good work man and don't worry about the haters 🫡
