How do you accept the deposit for the guaranteed booked appointments? Do you use your own stripe, the clients stripe account, etc? Also, do you get access to the client's calendly for booking appointments, or make your own?

You say us (as agency owners) should be calling the leads in the name of our clients, but at the end you say we should only do the email/texting part and leave the calling to the clients themselves. Obviously my client has no time to call the leads 2 times a day, so should we do it (as agency) or not?
1.) you could do it yourself and charge $2000-3000 (for example) 2.) Hire a team of appointment sitters to do the calling and charge the same amount or more. 3.) Don’t offer calling as part of the done-for-you in your pitch, especially if the client doesn’t have time or a reception to handle calling tens of leads a day, twice or three times, and only charge let’s say, 1000-1500 or only offer pay-per-appointment for options 1-3, but either way you’ll only be getting paid for people who actually convert. Essentially, the calling part just aids you in making more money for your agency and most importantly for your client.

There is a 6hr long video on yt on how how to start with and do facebook ads by a guy called 'Dylan Pondir'. Its very informative and tells you what you need to know before starting out with facebook ads. Also the amount of money you put into ads usually depends on the niche and the city the client wants his leads to come from. It also depends on how much the clients want to invest into their ad campaigns. Usually most of the time, the more money we put in ads, the more people we can reach out to and therefore resulting in more leads which hopefully turn into appointments. Hope this helped brother. dont think that you can wait until 20k-30k a month to do the follow-up calls for the clients. Most clients hate the call follow-ups and that the main reason why "your leads don't work" or "facebook ads dont' work". Calling up the leads is pretty much 80% of the work why should they pay you high dollar for doing all the work?
You either sell them on booking an appointment or they tell you to stop the followup. Get them to commit, continue pushing them onto the calendar. Eventually they either yes-book a call or no - request to stop

Hi charlie, is this useful for local biz? Like i dont understand the part of appointments, because if u are a dental clinic (my niche ), you dont want to get in a call with your client, you just want them to schedule their visit.
Point has been missed, you get them on a call to convince them to schedule an appointment. Think of it as a consistent reminder. If you only rely on people booking with no call/follow up interaction you will leave a lot on the table.
