Nice build, I would suggest you add a BT module with 2 speakers in the empty space in the front then you would have a very nice bluetooth stereo man.

Hi hello. That's a really big LED. I hope it is less dazzling? A huge LED. Which could be used for projection lighting towards the castles. For illuminating castle facades in places where there are no windows, or football pitch lighting.

Nice powerful led and good looking project! However I think a 150w 12v -230/110v inverter would fit in there and it would make the thing perfect!

Neat, but not weather-proof. So it limits camping use a bit. For all that, it may have made sense to tap a spot for camera-mount threads so it could be attached to a tripod. It makes more sense as a portable studio light.

Seems good and I like how you built a nice big battery pack to deal with the high current demands of the LED lamp. However, couldn't yopu have placed the heatsink in a better location? It is too close to the battery pack, and Li-Ion batteries do not like excessive heat.
Probably should have added an exhaust fan on one end and an intake on the other end….and build a separate compartment inside that was well insulated and was ducted to get some of the airflow

could have used an internal charging circuit and ac input or usb c charging. but very nice built

Buy an Sw2303 module. It can boost 12V to 20V for the 20V PD protocol but be wary. It gets hot and eats electricity. Runs much better on 4S of course but you could use a Buck converter for the LED and let the two USB modules enjoy 16.8 to 12.0.
Lots of options for 3S and 4S boards similar to TP4056
