I have seen things like this come and go even in just the last 30 years. If you don't show people what it is they're supposed to be experiencing as the greatest trick in the world, How can you justify the price and the way it is being revealed? This is why magic is in the middle of a huge controversy of what is being advertised as opposed to what is being sold.
I can think of many ways to achieve this exact same reaction and moment for the audience, and they would see exactly what they saw in his performance. And there would be no need for any pre work or set up. I'm just not gettin the $500 price tag here.

Fully agree. i'm a hobbyist myself and Steve is a great at what he does. I perform mainly in bars I visit and love it. Almost all responses are positive and the confidence element just boosts the experience because both sides are enjoying the tricks etc. Mark - Uk
I simply cannot buy anything like this without seeing how the trick looks. I don't fault them for doing the ad it like they did, I know Hector did not want people reverse engineering the trick.

Having purchased E2 from Alakazam, that was one of those things where I was almost more impressed by the product I got than the effects it enables. Is this the same, or was there any feeling of being underwhelmed at simplicity etc? Might be a hard one to answer without risking exposure, so no offence taken if you don’t want to!
Is there a limit to the number of interactions he's gonna sell? I'd like to have this but just don't have the dough right now and probably won't until the holiday season. Smilesotheylikeyou

The clue to the method is in the video here,when asked if he hid it behind Alison. Same result can be achieved with much cheaper tricks.
