Wondering if the models will totally get hammered on ice with snow being more dominant than anticipated. I hope so. I don't like the combo of 4-5 inches of heavy wet snow followed by 1/3 to 1/2 inch of ice on top of it in the North metro of Atlanta. Maybe it'll be sleet and we can be saved from massive power outtages then again the combo doesn't make a lot of sense logically to me. If the snow is that much a changeover to a lot of freezing rain doesn't add up

I live in the extreme NW of Alabama, and I can PROMISE YOU that there is NO SNOW HERE. Those models are wrong.
its probably snowing high in the atmosphere above you and not hitting the ground yet
