Smartthings Hub v3 Reset Procedure

  • Uploading this video for smartthings support to look at. Initially this hub was working, and I started having issues with my water leak sensors, door lock, and smoke detectors going online / offline multiple times throughout the day. No changes have been made to my network configuration, but I thought that possibly, the Hub might be going online / offline, so I thought maybe I would switch it from Ethernet to Wi-Fi. I attempted a factory reset which appears to have been unsuccessful. I deleted the hub from the smartthings app, and have not been able to communicate with it since. I have exchanged emails with smartthings support, but still have not been able to reconnect this hub to my smartthings app. Hoping this video is helpful.
