Peyote bead stitching is so pretty. I like this video because it seemed like I could relate to what you are actually doing better. I've tried a couple of times but never finished a project. I think I'll try again.
Hi! I made a peyote ring using 4lb fireline, but I weaved the ends in instead of using knots. The ring ended up stretching out at least one size after wearing for a day. Idk what I did wrong. I would be immensely thankful if you could advise on what to do to prevent the stretching out from happening in the future. Thank you SO much!
Hi! Without seeing the ring, I can't say with certainty but it could be that without knots, the thread was able to wiggle around and pull out a little. It could also be the type of thread you used. What thread were you using?
Kat, judging by the photo and title combined, I thought you were gonna teach the ring pictured. I'm disappointed. Still gave it a like because it was a pretty ring. I don't know how to read a pattern, so I count on stitching along with tutors.
Thanks for your feedback. At this time we only have the pattern available here: beadaholique.com/collections/beading-projects/products/berry-picnic-ring
Peyote stitch rings and carrier bead covers are some of my most favorite projects. Thanks, Kat, for sharing this rings design with us.
Peyote Stitch is simple and fun! The most useful technique for creating many things! I start the spine/first row much differently.
Yes Justin, you do. You're a unique kinda guy!
