Today I’m going to share with you how to make the best and most delicious strawberry shortcake cheesecake topped with a strawberry crunch now let me tell you my favorite ice cream
are the strawberry sundae crunch bars this recipe brings soooo much memories from my childhood when I used to ask my mom for 50 cents just so I could wait for the ice cream truck to get one! These strawberry crunch cheesecake bars taste exactly like it except this is a cheesecake and not ice cream! Tip ‼️⚠️ if you want to intensify the color of your cheesecake, add 4 drops of red food coloring! Im using strawberry topping the one used for sundae it’s just the perfect consistency and color! If you don’t have this ingredient don’t worry just smash about 10-15 strawberries 😊
I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
If you want your cheesecake to be sweeter add more condensed milk, taste the mixture before adding the eggs to see if it’s sweet enough for you! As we added the strawberry topping and the cookie cream, it’s already sweet as is 😅 I normally add 1 can when making my regular cheesecake
ingredients: 9x13 baking dish bake between 45-50 minutes
2 rolls of crescent dough sheet
16 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 sour cream
2 eggs at room temperature
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla or strawberry extract
Pinch of salt
Cream from Oreos
1 11.7oz (1 cup) Smuckers Strawberry Topping
Cream cheese icings-
4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powder sugar
Strawberry crunch-
20 golden Oreos
1 stick salted butter; melted
3 oz strawberry jello
1 serving of love 💕

A pro tip so your bottom isn’t raw pre bake it first for 5-10 mins and then add the filling and put the other sheet on top and bake as you normal 😉 thank you Claudia for your recipes I love them 😍
