I am highly pleased, that I just got accredited for Sabaton in Hannover. And of course I'll be shooting Feuerschwanz full show in Hannover. And the same with Eisbrecher. So there are a bunch of highlights for me as concert photographer and music lover over the next months.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Seeing Tank tear up while listening to great music (that's not even sad) makes me feel so much better, because I'm the same. Voice-layering and istruments playing well together just hits different. Music is fucking emotional, and I will never not love this all. also - I'm impressed with how well they made the wolf-fight look, given that in their making off they said the "problem" was that the wolfhound was way too sweet and just wanted to dig around in the snow, cuddle and awoooo. :D
Feuerschwanz have really been knocking it out the park from their last few albums (I mean even the earlier stuff is great) and this one is no different, absolute banger. Great to see this band starting to trend more and get more eyes on them as they are amazing. I really want to see a Feuerschwanz gig but they are still yet to come to the UK :(

I will see them live a day after the release of your reaction. My tickets were originally for a concert in January 2021 for the Elfte Gebot tour that never happened. As I will get to hear material from Momento Mori and also hopefully Fegefeuer, I take that as a win making the wait worth while. And I knew right away that you would just love this!
@@TankTheTech i´m going to see them next year no matter what it takes saw them last year with Wind Rose, Equilibrium and Grailknights as support and it was an absolute blast. Haven´t gotten any tickets for this year because i bought way too may festival tickets and my bank account didn´t like that all too much. But on the other hand i´m going see a ton of bands that are on my bucket list at those festivals :)

I already know in all-in on anything Feuerschwanz since I first heard them on Ding (which then led me to your reaction video and through Feuerschwanz I found you). Since their marketing cycle for Memento Mori started, I now own Methammer, Das Elfte Gebot, Memento Mori, and the Die Letzte Schlacht bluray which I can only watch on my Xbox because of region coding lol I love this band, their music hits something inside me that's just... that thing, you know? It's that rare thing, but I love it, and they are such a fun group!
Their tour is so fucking awesome. i was there in linz, it was really one of the best shows i've ever seen in my life. What an amazing band Feuerschwanz is!

I knew you'd love this, so catchy and energetic. The vocals were great, the contrast between the guys and Fabienne was awesome. Also the video production value is through the roof. How awesome did Fabienne look? She's one sexy woman. The costume designers for Feuerschwanz are incredible.

You've probably seen it yourself, in the far right of the scene is this blue led light blurring in. Kinda distracting for me, but not a big deal. :) This song is just badass. The intro high scream by Ben with Fabienne joining in an octave (?) higher... simply eargasm. ^^
Speaking of Hans. Their song titled Hans is hilarious. I'm thinking of going on to listen to that song after this video. It always makes me smile. I like that you say "European Tour" and all dates except two are in Germany with the other two in Austria. I live in Sweden and am contemplating going to Germany just to be able to see them, but at the moment I might go to Feuertanz which is their own festival in Germany apparently. :) Just hate that I appparently was at Wacken one of the years they played there but I hadn´t heard about them at that time so they where unknown to me, started listening to them the year after or so.
And yes, they are headliners for this year's Feuertanz festival, though that is *not* their own format. Those are called "Metfest" and mostly held in the winter. At least they were before Covid.
This song is a straight up banger! I really should be listening to more Feuerschwanz, although I really enjoyed their cover album, "Todsünden" (dennoch, _mehr_ Feuerschwanz!). I also thought about Rammstein's "Moskau," and if memory serves, I think they partnered with t.A.T.u. for that song. I also couldn't help but think about Fabienne singing in Hochdeutsch rather than the Schweizerdeutsch she'd be more accustomed to, and how much of an adjustment she might've had to make. Then again, I'm pretty sure she speaks English as well, so Hochdeutsch is probably no real stretch for her. And when you mentioned how she filled in for Chrigel on Eluveitie's tour, I was thinking that she probably did Chrigel's harsh vocals as well, as she's done some harsh vocals in some of their songs ("The Siege" from the Helvetios comes to mind). If she did indeed do the harsh vocals on that tour, then that's quite impressive, to say the least. I hope she works with Feuerschwanz again, and perhaps she could do some harsh vocals, too!
If you haven't heard the song before please react to Loki by Saltatio Mortis. It has a similar theme (as in story) but it is imo magnitudes more epic and I can't help but move and sing along with the chorus.
Okay,just to explain the video a bit.. for those who don't know, it's based on norse mythology. Both Fabienne and the dog represent Fenrir the wolf,the son of Loki. During Ragnarok,the end if the world,Fenrir unalives Odin,portrayed here by Hauptmann,and later gets slain by Thor,pkrtrayed by Ben/Hodi.

Tank, I loved your reaction, it's a fantastic video. And in terms on new reactions, have you heard of the band Time Jugglers? They've got two albums out and just recently released a few new singles. You should go check them out, they're not quite as heavy, as much of their influences were Grunge bands (AiC mainly), but still I'd love to see a reaction to them, as musically they are fantastic.
Fantastic song, the three singers mix so perfectly. Hans' new guitar looks absolutely awesome. And it is a 7-string. Anyone knows if this is his first one? Afaik I only saw him playing 6-strings by now.
I saw him playing at least two other 7 strings in their end of the year live stream concert. One was a Mayones Regius and the other is a white, (probably) Framus (not sure) with a shape similar to an Ibanez Iceman.
I got to see Eluveitie and even without Chrigel, they were fantastic! Adrienne from Seven Spires (highly recommend btw their newest album is incredible) and Jukka from Omnium Gatherum did Chrigel’s parts
Seven Spires were so shockingly good and left one of the best new first shows I have ever saw. They're the complete package and and Adrienne is so freakingly talented its crazy as she can do everything perfect

The Czech Republic and Spain are recent additions. Maybe other countries will follow. They already did the 70 000 tons of metal (or so) cruise in the Caribbean recently.
May be just anecdotal evidence, but most of the time I've relied on the release date info in video descriptions they turned out to be incorrect. I remember the last Dynazty release where the video descriptions said it would release in April, and it would go on to release in August. You can go back to your Advent reaction to check this. :D I mean, no biggie, shit happens and an album release isn't exactly life or death, but if you (i. e. the record label) already know your release date might not be final yet, you might as well not put it in the video description.

This song is a straight up banger! I really should be listening to more Feuerschwanz, although I really enjoyed their cover album, "Todsünden" (dennoch, _mehr_ Feuerschwanz!). I also thought about Rammstein's "Moskau," and if memory serves, I think they partnered with t.A.T.u. for that song. I also couldn't help but think about Fabienne singing in Hochdeutsch rather than the Schweizerdeutsch she'd be more accustomed to, and how much of an adjustment she might've had to make. Then again, I'm pretty sure she speaks English as well, so Hochdeutsch is probably no real stretch for her. And when you mentioned how she filled in for Chrigel on Eluveitie's tour, I was thinking that she probably did Chrigel's harsh vocals as well, as she's done some harsh vocals in some of their songs ("The Siege" from the Helvetios comes to mind). If she did indeed do the harsh vocals on that tour, then that's quite impressive, to say the least. I hope she works with Feuerschwanz again, and perhaps she could do some harsh vocals, too!

If you haven't heard the song before please react to Loki by Saltatio Mortis. It has a similar theme (as in story) but it is imo magnitudes more epic and I can't help but move and sing along with the chorus.
Okay,just to explain the video a bit.. for those who don't know, it's based on norse mythology. Both Fabienne and the dog represent Fenrir the wolf,the son of Loki. During Ragnarok,the end if the world,Fenrir unalives Odin,portrayed here by Hauptmann,and later gets slain by Thor,pkrtrayed by Ben/Hodi.

Tank, I loved your reaction, it's a fantastic video. And in terms on new reactions, have you heard of the band Time Jugglers? They've got two albums out and just recently released a few new singles. You should go check them out, they're not quite as heavy, as much of their influences were Grunge bands (AiC mainly), but still I'd love to see a reaction to them, as musically they are fantastic.

I saw him playing at least two other 7 strings in their end of the year live stream concert. One was a Mayones Regius and the other is a white, (probably) Framus (not sure) with a shape similar to an Ibanez Iceman.

I got to see Eluveitie and even without Chrigel, they were fantastic! Adrienne from Seven Spires (highly recommend btw their newest album is incredible) and Jukka from Omnium Gatherum did Chrigel’s parts
Seven Spires were so shockingly good and left one of the best new first shows I have ever saw. They're the complete package and and Adrienne is so freakingly talented its crazy as she can do everything perfect

Feuerschwanz is on tour in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Spain. It seems that they are not France's friendly.
The Czech Republic and Spain are recent additions. Maybe other countries will follow. They already did the 70 000 tons of metal (or so) cruise in the Caribbean recently.
May be just anecdotal evidence, but most of the time I've relied on the release date info in video descriptions they turned out to be incorrect. I remember the last Dynazty release where the video descriptions said it would release in April, and it would go on to release in August. You can go back to your Advent reaction to check this. :D
I mean, no biggie, shit happens and an album release isn't exactly life or death, but if you (i. e. the record label) already know your release date might not be final yet, you might as well not put it in the video description.
