There is a stim upgrade on Coruscant in the meat factory. Just don't follow the main path and you'll have to face a droid, it's near a meditation point so you can grind a level or two as well.
Yeah, I was just about to let everyone know about that. For the people who didn't know about it/missed it, you can get it again later, I believe. Not 100% sure as I've only heard that you can and haven't done it myself.
@@runtwer5700 You must be able to return, given the presence of unlockable doors on that level. I missed that particular stim upgrade. I'm almost tempted to start over and get it, since I'm still quite early in the game and I don't want to have to wait until much later in the story to go back.
This sounds like you dont like motion blur. Like Killojhonny said, you can usually disable this stuff. Try to google how to disable motion blur in jedi survivor. You are not the only one anoyed by that
Put all settings on low if on pc the game still looks better at low then most games do at high. The cutscenes are still fine and you can see the texture of the skin of people faces and a very little gameplay issues
That first tip - for the "first" stim canister upgrade - is good to know, except that's not the first one available. There's one on Coruscant soon after falling into the meat processing area.
I don't know how people miss this. Do they not explore as much as possible? Having 3 stims was how I was able to (barely) beat the Rancor. Took quite a few tries, but it's worth it to get that perk.
@@filthykallahan6399 YOU CLEARLY DID not play on PC most quit and hopped for a patch ore return it, ore me wated for sale and grabbed the game for 5e ea play a week ago not worth more it´s principal for me to not get scammed i rather use the money =toailet paper! it´s beter now but far from the exp you should have from a game costing 50-70e and should be label alpha ore delayed like so many other games that came out last 7 years funny how the game runs beter on 7 year old comps then high end comps.
I really love how they implemented the Count Dooku-esque Makashi fencing saber style with the blaster stance, it looks really cool and I sooo want to try it out for myself
Feels good to be receiving good Star wars games again. Digging the outfit options too, hopefully they'll be future content added. Also I've seen alot of gameplay video's but I had no idea there was a minigame 😮
Rancor pro tip: dual wield sabers, I struggled with others but got him right away after switching. The faster attacks help big time. Try to stay outside melee range, dart in to attack a couple times and dodge back out makes it a much easier fight.
See, I stayed in his face using precision dodges, blocks and parries to deal continuous damage, I did use the dual wield stance though. I imagine dual blade would work too.
So excited for Jedi Survivor, loved playing through Fallen Order. The changes they've made in Survivor look so good! And Cal looks so much more confident in his abilities in Survivor. He's definitely done some maturing in those five years.
Having only played fallen order, even just what I see of this game is incredible. The new stances look interesting, and the expansion on Force powers opens up such a neat sandbox.
My heart sank when I heard this game was current-gen only, understandably given how large it is. I loved Fallen Order and I was really looking forward to this sequel.
Jedi Survivor gives me Arkham City vibes. The developer is creating A strong foundation in the first game, so that they can build the pond and expand in the second game. Also those Rancor tips are super helpful.
With the inclusion of the blaster stance, I'm thinking that Respawn played a lot of Like a Dragon Ishin during development, and the Dark Rage mechanic reminds me so much of God Of War's Spartan Rage and Ghost of Tsushima's Ghost stance mechanics.
Tip for Rancor Be Aggressive (this will cancel his charge attack completely) Keep attacking and blocking (as most of his attacks are blockable ) Do not dodge but block (only dodge the red attacks) Follow these 3 tips and it will drop in 1 min without u taking even a single hit
I like the changes they made to the new open world system as compared to fallen order. Also the story flow is kind for new players as it introduces the old party members well into the story.
The game looks really good, I'm hoping the technical issues will be fixed soon. Been playing fallen order this week to recap the story. Looking forward for this one
FYI for anyone who is having a hard time with the rancor boss early on. It can be cheesed. It takes away the experience of thrill beating it at such a early point but if you really want that perk and aren't the best at these games you can just jump down. Let it come at you and climb right back up. Then target lock and throw the Saber at it over and over. It's surprising the rancor is codded so poorly not to move or do anything to get you to stop. This can be used in multiple places as well.
How are you? Great info and content as always. The stim you mentioned in the beginning of the video is actually the second one I was able to get. The first one either came before I left Coruscant at under city meats.
The performance issues are definitely a problem, but everything else about this game looks amazing. I do appreciate the videos like this so I make sure not to miss anything.
You can get a healing stim in the first mission. During first mission you can take a ten second detour and get a healing stim after fighting a mini boss droid
Honestly I’m excited to see what they do with the game going forward, where cal ends up in the universe, the different planets he will visit, the inevitable tragedy that will follow and how his story eventually ends. My favorite Star Wars game to date is fallen order so I’m excited to see how this one improves on it!
I love how they upgraded the customization. It works so well to add a level of personality from the player while still making to be a specific character(Cal) and not a custom player character
Thanks for the guide man! I’ll definitely have to check it out when I eventually get the game and I’m pretty excited for it too they really did an amazing job
You can also cheese the Rancor. If you have lightsaber throw you can lead him to the wall where you drop down, got on the wall and stand on the edge and just keep throwing the lightsaber at him. :D
Great game just waiting to go through for some of the patchs. Keep up the great content really helps to have a plan going into these games. Great work.
Fun fact: You can get at least six stims before even leaving Koboh for the first time. It might be possible to go ahead and get 15 Datadiscs the first time too, considering I got through with 13. If that's possible without new abilities, one perk slot and any Zee perk is good to get. Wisdom is great - more XP takes a ton of slots but faster leveling is always good, about 20-25% if I remember correctly.
I thought it was gonna be a reskin of fallen order but It looks like they actually added a lot to it... I'm actually pretty excited to play the game now thanks for the video
my biggest tip for this game is to use either double sided or blaster stance when fighting difficult bosses the speed really helps dual blade is ok but the other 2 are better
This video is so good, it made me want to play Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Too bad I don’t have a PC, a PlayStation, or an Xbox. I guess I’ll just have to use the Force.
I know this was a year ago but I stopped playing and have gotten into it a lot recently and I found out you can get the security droid hack first time you see that room area, walk up to the storm troopers and you can talk to them and mind control them to open the door and get it really early
honestly i'm very interested in this game, I just finished the first one for the 4th time and the sequel seems to be a very good game. The only bad point is I heard that the optimization on pc is very bad :(
I think you mean it's a 50% increase in blaster damage. You cannot measure 25% of the stormtrooper's health, different enemies have different health. You can however measure the difference between two options (with perk and without). The difference is ¾ - ½ = ¼, and the amount of increase is therefore ¼ divided by ½, which is ½ = 50%. That is MUCH more than you gave. That is huge boost.

Make sure use the first three for Wisdom starting off and rack that xp up faster
Haha yup looks like this is the reply thread where people ( like me) say we were just about to comment that exact thing

@@DJeMo you can’t get there until hours after the intro. And hours to get back
I'm loving the game and the story I just hope they sort out the graphic issues and get rid of this weird blurriness
Remove cam shake, film grain and all that and it kinda helps with the blur
