He just passed CPA, License takes 6 month's time so practically you need to wait for a year

One thing needs to corrected, its not possible to get 3 degrees by clearing 4 CPA papers because one cannot claim 2 MRA's with US CPA. Either you can claim Canada CPA or Australia CPA, not both.
