Smithing, Heavy Armor, One-Handed, Block - for warrior part
Restoration, Alteration - For mage part
Speech, Lockpick - as supporting skills. Enchanting - levels up only from weapon recharge, not gonna enchant anything.

[HaveIt]Gauldurs Amulet (+30hp/+30mp/+30sta)
Weapons:
[HaveIt]Gauldurs Blackblade (Absorb Health 25 points) (aquired at lvl 36)
[HaveIt]Drainheart Sword (Absorb Stamina 15 points) (aquired at the end of College of Winterhold questline)
[HaveIt]Dawnbreaker (Deals extra 10 points of Fire damage, on death of undead, chance to release a blast that fears other undead for 30 seconds) (aquired at lvl 12)
