"Adventure is out there!"
Fun Fact: The picnic destination early in the movie is a spot under the same tree from A Bug's Life (1998).
Standing Ovation Fact: The very first animated film, as well as the first 3-D film, ever to open the Cannes Film Festival. When the film was over, the Festival audience remained completely silent. During a panel at the 2011 D23 Expo, executive producer John Lasseter said that it was actress Tilda Swinton who broke the silence by applauding and leading the audience in a standing ovation.
RIP Colby Curtin Fact: Before the film's worldwide release date, Pixar granted a wish from 10-year-old Colby Curtin to see the film before she died. Colby had been diagnosed with cancer and was too sick to go to a theater. A Pixar employee flew to the Curtin's house with a DVD of the finished film and screened it for her and her family. Curtin died peacefully seven hours after seeing the film, knowing she was loved and surrounded by family.
Omg 😭
selardohr7697 ...Indeed. But take heart: She was NEVER alone, she was loved unconditionally by her family, and is now in Heaven.
It's also a beautiful story when studios used to actually CARE about their fans. Unfortunately it's all about their politics these days.
Go with God and Be Safe from Evil. 😎 👍
As Mr. Fredricksen is looking through the adventure book, I remember Russel, when talking about his dad, “I know it sounds boring, but it’s the boring stuff I remember most.”
My wife and i watched this not long after getting married and the beginning of this movie wrecked us.
Wheeeew! I bet it did under those circumstances.
@@CampCrystalCharlie Exactly! She and I still laugh about it and refer to Up as a great movie we'll never watch again.
“This whole time you out here acting a fool”
-my black mother.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Charlie, you are such a kind soul. You sure do get me laughing even when I’m very low.
Thank You….
Oh, you need some laughs?? Say less
Ayyyyeee gald I can help Yvette =D
Pretty sure when they went to the doctors it was them telling her she couldn’t get pregnant; since they didn’t show anything insinuating that she was pregnant before hand.
I think it can be taken either way... but result is the same, dreams of children ended for medical reasons.
Every single time I watch the beginning of this movie I cry like a big baby! 😢😭 I always tell myself “ get a hold of yourself!” Hasn’t worked yet, we shall see if watching it with Charlie helps. 🥺😬
It’s didn’t HELP 😭😭 I still cried twice at the same spot 🥹❤️🔥🔥🔥
It's the scrap book scene that does it for me. I bawl my eyes out every time.
@@user-mx4is4fx3c Yeah, that part too. 🥺
I saw that movie 10 times with my kids. You making me cry all over again! 😢❤😂
I'm scared to watch it again 😅
One of the few films that hits you EVERYTIME ❤ plus it looks gorgeous.
agree
This was a masterpiece of film. We all feel it it taps all the emotions, great for kids but even better for adults. ☮️
The jumpscare at 2:11🤣
😂😂😂😂😂
"Yeah this movie might hurt but I'm still not going to shed a tear" 30 seconds later wiping eyes. Yep this film does that to you even knowing what to expect just the quiet following a couples life hits hard because its so real and not sugar coated with quips and attempts to break the mood. Have a like.
This was Pixar’s magnum opus in my opinion. I do love Toy Story don’t get me wrong but this was such an awesome movie and it tears me up every time
I can see why. The story was seriously soooooo good on Up.
Ratatouille is their magnum opus but this is a close second imo.
Gottdamnit, eben clips of this movie still makes me teary. Makes you appreciate your present because things can change in an instant❤
Your reaction to this movie is my favorite..Idc 🤗
😅 appreciate it, Jasmine =D
She found out that she was barren... It is so sad, but Carl would do anything to make her happy.
Loved the part where everyone else is getting their badges for adventurous activities and then they show Russell and he looks like he has been through hell and is getting the helping the elderly badge .
Sad - but inspirational as well.
Right, Larry
SQUIRREL!!😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@CampCrystalCharlie 🤣🤣🤣
This movie makes me miss my mom cause first and only time I had seen it was with her. Me and my sister watched this with you and then we went to watch it cause it is such an amazing and sad movie. 😢 had us all in our feelings.
If you look at the beside table in the scene of Ellie in the hospital, there's scotch tape and some scissors. She was putting everything together in the "Stuff I'm Going to Do" section of the Adventure Book because she knew she wasn't going to be around much longer and she knew Carl would need that message from her. 🥹
Additionally if you look at the short series "Dug Days", you'll see that Carl sold the airship, split the money with Russell, and used his part to buy a little house for himself and Dug to live in. And the best part (to me) is that Russell and his mom used his portion to buy the house right next door to Carl and Dug's. 😊
Oh sshhh, the movie that break your heart, then Pick's it back up again, an then breaks your heart again, then makes your happy again, then to top it off it makes you happy an sad at the same time 🤦🏽♂️🔥👊🏽❤️
9:15 GPS stands for Global Positioning System. Friday the 13th (2009) taught me that 😅😅😅 and BTW your my favorite reaction channel to spark up and cry, laugh, react in general to movies with 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks and dope! You learned it from Friday the 13th 😂😂😂😂
@@CampCrystalCharlieMovies be educational 😅😅😅 Billy Madison taught me important document dates that really came to play my junior year
Just goes to show you can't believe everything you find via internet. This is NOT a SAD movie! Would you call " it's a wonderful life" sad? Would you call " Christmas Story" sad? This is a great uplifting movie.
Not my stoner butt thinking that glass bottle was a smoking tool 😅
I love when he’s all grumpy and opens the door to “good afternoon my name is Russell.” I laughed so hard when I saw them run into that talking dog lol 😂
Right!!! I was shocked at how many parts I laughed at in this movie!
this movie is always had a special place in heart, both me and mom loves this movie, not really a popular opinion but i do like this movie more that the other pixar movies, i loves that new people discover this relic of the past, that's when you know this movie is timeless and will never truly die
ed asner was one of the best actors and voice actors ever. he had one of the best voices in the business. but no matter what role i see or hear him in, all i hear is the cop from freakazoid. lol
what's even more sad about this movie is the way he lost his wife, that's the best case scenario for marriage, "to unalive do us part". being in a good marriage looks like a game of "i want to go before you do so i won't have to deal with the pain of living on without you", but at the same time you wish that fate on your spouce.
dang is this what marriage is? it either ends in divorce or it ends with one of the people not surviving? either you wind up upset because they left you, or upset because they left you...and took half. at least when it winds up like how this marriage did there's still beauty to be found at the end of it.
and i think gps stands for "generational people searching", because it was an old dude and a young kid from 2 different generations looking for something together.
i think you'll like big hero 6. that was the last disney movie i got into and i really enjoyed it. it had sad moments too.
As a Rod Serling "Twilight Zone" (1959-1964) fan, I remember Ed Asner in "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" (1970-1977) and "Lou Grant" (1977-1982). Plus many movies of various genres.
Charlie really hit that lightskin pose in the thumbnail.🤣🤣
hahahahah forget you, flip 😂
Don't worry, I was crying with ya ❤
Men cry! It’s okay 🥹 we all cried!!!! This was my first movie I watched in Theaters I was 13 still cry today 😭
I know.....I wasn't expecting that hit so soon into the movie
Watching you watch this made me tear up. >__< First time I watched it I was surprised how serious the opening sequence turned out. The movie’s message “Thanks for the adventure - now go have another one!” is so good. 💕
Ohh this is a good movie! Also Happy New Year! :)
Ayyeee back at you, Liddle =D
I used to work at a video rental store. I always got to pick whatever movies to put on during my shift. One day I put on Hachi: A Dog’s Tale. Let me tell you….
That movie had me and my zero-emotion nearly retired Korean boss crying like big ol’ babies with all sorts of customers around. I had to ring up customers with tears coming down HARD. Lil snot too.
So yea, like dogs and want a tear jerker? Hachi is the movie you want.
Is that Bubbles from The Trailer Park Boys on your bong?!? I love that show! And great reaction to Up!
GPS = Global Positioning System
You should definitely explore comedies, fantasy. And heartfelt movies! New subscriber!
The purpose of this film is to make us cry! You will cry and you will LIKE it! 😉
lol well mission complete
Gets me every time😢
The echo in the claps is a fiiire touch. Ps Watch Harry Potter, you won't regret it.
Monster house is kinda sad too
So i've heard
This movie made me sad. Not gonna lie. I was surprised this is a kid movie considering the legit theme lol
Omygahhh Up was sooo good
agree =D
When Ellie died, u got hit in the soul!
Lol I know for sure you’re not gonna cry. You’ll probably smile because you’ll gov”it’s sweet look how in love they were and they got to be together for that long”
Let’s see if I’m in the right realm lol
Look at me, all wrong as hell lol
SHUT UP!!!!!!! GET AWAY FROM ME 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@CampCrystalCharlieLMAO
@@CampCrystalCharlieI NEVER WILL LMAO
Finding Nemo next 🤘🏻or Harry Potter
I hate this movie bro. I can never not cry at the end
😂😂😂 it's cool. It just might not hit you like that
Uh-oh, a youngster is about to watch "Up." This movie takes us through the life of two major characters in 10 minutes, and has more comedy/drama/sorrow than today's Dumpster Fires. This movie is an "Are you a Robot?" test; strong men and women have been reduced to tears in those first 10 minutes. Check out "Dug Days": th-cam.com/video/N-fFL0jWHbM/w-d-xo.html You have a sizeable number of subscribers, but "cult series" like "Gravity Falls" and "Firefly" have magnetic qualities if you want to "grow your channel" and see great/interesting videos.;)
GPS is Global Positioning System
yall are the best

Will u be reaching to non horror movies too now
Yeah. Still mostly horror though
@@CampCrystalCharlie gotcha
@@CampCrystalCharlieHave u ever seen Trilogy of Terror? If so would love to see your reaction to it 🔥🔥
