    I compressed my promag spring 300 to 400 times one night after having a few failures to feed & it really helped loosen the spring up & now it RUNS all 18 without any problems 👌🏻 I love my g44 works great !

    Good video bro, thanks for making this 👍 When I was running mine I was using all golden bullets and thunderbolts. I still have them loaded up and haven't been back to the range yet. I'll have to run some different types of ammo through them and see if that makes a difference. I'll probably try loading them down to 15 rounds as well and see if that helps out at all

      Thanks! I was running the Winchester white box when I first got my original 4 mags. That might explain why they ran so good. After making this video I learned a lot about this mags. Hopefully over time they will run better with different ammo.

      Yeah usually Winchester white box are pretty good amo in general bro… but I’ve also not known Federal to make crappy Amo either🤷🏾‍♂️ I would probably ONLY use those two to be honest but I think you did great… plus you were shooting cold amo from your truck in cold conditions soooo🤷🏾‍♂️ but yeah I’d probaby clean it after every 20-30 rounds tho ONLY because it’s a .22

    A firm grip (as if it is a 9mm etc) is very necessary with thus gun. People tend to keep a softer frip on this since there is no recoil. The slide still depends on a firm grip. Also 38/40 gr run better

    When loading there’s a method to hold the follower down with too of the mag pointed slightly down and jiggle them so they don’t nose dive. Takes 2 extra seconds after loading. There’s a dozen YT vids on it.

    • @308c
      @308c  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's ok to do but it going to be harder for you to learn proper trigger pull and sight aliment. Also your recoil is going to be felt more with anything bigger than a 22lr because you'll have less control of the gun with only 2 fingers on the grip.

      Stingers have a slightly longer case.. that said when loading only takes enough tension off magazine to press the next round in.. try that if still having issues once the magazine is loaded tap it against your other hand with the rear of the bullet side if that makes sense.. finally a firm grip.. no limp wristing that should solve any issues.. make sure your pistol is clean as well.. 👍

  • @williamdolan2673
    @williamdolan2673 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Golden Bullets didn't work for s**t unless they were downloaded to 12rounds or less.
    Winchester hollow point 36gr worked fairly well loaded to 18. Sometimes the 1st couple rounds wouldn't feed, got a few stovepipes.
    Federal ran great. 1 stovepipe.
    Aguila ran 100% loaded to 18 in the ProMag mags.
    Golden Bullets (and any brand I've tried) work 99.9% with Glock factory 10rounders.

    Have a glock model 44,and the turasa tx-22, , turasa tx 22, eat cheap 22lr ammo, like popcorn, as for the glock, it like to jam up , some time, basically, when I'm shooting the glock, it like, may be it will not jam, when shooting the pistol. Basically the factory glock mag, is made from promag. But down the road, glock designed development engineer, are designing, a new magazine, using a steel feeding lip, like the ruger 10-22 magazine .no more jamming, just shoot the pistol. With any kind of ammo,

    My question is; Why blow your money on Pro Mags when they SUCK? We all know they suck, just don't buy that junk. My G44 eats everything I feed it using the factory mags. It's not a defensive carry gun so I don't care that the mags only hold 10 rounds. Glock designed those to function properly. 22lr does not like to be double stacked.
