Ingredients | सामग्री:
Kashmiri Red Chilli | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च: 80gm
Fresh Red Chilli | तजि लाल मिर्च: 1/2cup paste
Oil | तेल: 3/4cup
Star Anise | चक्र फूल: 3pc
Ginger | अदरक: 1/4cup greated
Garlic | लहसुन: ½ cup cho[pped
Salt | नमक: 1tsp
Water | पानी: 1/4cup
White Pepper Powder | सफेद मिर्च पाउडर: 1tsp
Black Pepper | काली मिर्च: 1tsp
Soya Sauce | सोया सॉस: 1tbsp
Tomato Ketchup | टोमेटो केचप: 1/3cup
Vinegar | सिरका: 1/4cup
Method | विधि:
1) In a bowl add boiling water and soak the Kashmiri red chilli for 2 hrs.
2) After soaking remove the seeds from the chilli.
3) Grind the soaked chilli and make a coarse paste out of that.
4) In a pan add oil and allow to to heat.
5) Add star anise and saute for a fewe secunds.
6) Add ginger and garlic and saute for 3 min.
7) Remove the star anise.
8) Add both chilli paste and mix well.
9) Add water, salt, white pepper powder and black pepper powder, and mix well.
10) Cook the pasta for 5 min.
11) Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and cook till oil releases.
12) Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down completely.
13) After cooling add vinegar and mix well.
14) Store in an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for 1-2 months.
