- Dover serves as a origin station for most commuter trains while others go further to Lake Hopatcong, Mount Olive, or the very end of the line at Hackettstown. Dover is one of the most busiest stations on transit which calls for lots of meets, races, and interesting catches which can be seen here. Electrification ends for trains heading west and begins for trains heading east therefore diesel service can proceed the rest of the way as far as Hackettstown where service ends completely. More than half of the trains seen in this video are from the Morristown/Essex line but the remainder come from the Montclair/Boonton line, NJTR 4101 can also been seen with it’s beautiful Leslie SU3L enjoy!
