What you are describing at ~6:15 about suspension forks and initial travel. You can decrease the small bump sensitivity of the air spring by decreasing the volume of the negative chamber (inside the fork stanchion, which holds the air spring). Try seaching for image "Excess grease in Fox fork negative chambers" unless you have access to a 3D-printer.
I'm 6'4" and have just got a Transition PBJ in XL. It feels absolutely amazing to have this style of bike that actually fits properly. It's the longest DJ frame I've found anywhere after a lot of searching. The frames and full builds are out of stock everywhere at the moment but I've been informed that some new colours are going to be released in May. They're expensive but so worth it!
I’m 6’3 and have been on a couple of the Transition PBJ frames. Their previous model was the biggest dirt jump frame on the market but then they made an even longer one, as Lee pointed out below. Longer rear centre and a 465mm reach for the XL. Great bikes, comfy steel frame, and so much fun. Was thinking of custom like Aston (we chatted about it when last hanging out together and he mentioned having this frame built up) but then Transition had one that worked for me. Looking forward to seeing more of you riding this, Aston!
+1 for the PBJ I’m just north of 6’ and have one of the early ones so 430 reach I think? With a 60mm stem it’s a good fit but I’m looking at those bars in the video and think they would help my very old man back! Get one ordered up you won’t regret it

Grease you say? I have a manitou rear that lots of grease came out of the air fill valve. You reckon someone packed it?
