You should do more videos on Whatsapp. I imagine people get stuck with it all the time like i do. Half the world businesses use whatsapp and you guys don't focus enough on it. You focus too much on webchats. I believe AI in whatsapp is what closes the clients. More importantly, you guys don't update your articles on the platform thus it is very confusing which is the latest method and so on, and will cause churn.
