Basically, the deaf boy was a sacrifice to the demon and blocked the demon's words from reaching others. Since he's deaf, the demon's words couldn't control him.
It's like the Wizard of Oz.. the Dog stand for Lion and the Radio Man for the robot and the straw man in the middle of street is the Scare crow..
It's about child trafficking. The storyline is Bolivian folklore.. the message is child trafficking awareness ... at the ending of the video they deliver the boy to the child trafficker depicted as the devil.
