🍆 Ingredients
3 Tomatoes
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini pumpkin
Salt
Pepper
parsley powder
Olive oil
🍅 Sauce ingredients
1 Tomato
3 Garlic
1/2 Onions
1 cup Tomato sauce
a cup of Water
1 tbsp Butter
🍽 Recipe
Trimming
1. Wash the tomatoes, eggplants, and zucchini pumpkins thoroughly and slice them thinly.
2. Slice the onion and garlic, chop the chopped vegetables and 1 tomato for sauce.
Sauce
1. Melt the butter in a heated pan, add the vegetables, onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
2. When the vegetables are half-cooked, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water and boil them for about 10 minutes to complete the sauce.
Cooking
1. Lay sliced tomatoes, eggplants and zucchini pumpkins on top of the finished sauce.
2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley powder and coat with olive oil.
3. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake it for about 30 minutes to complete.
Tip. It's good to eat just as it is or with bread.
