    I forgot to mention the light difference in PAR value between the two tanks at the clam position is a bit different, lower on the nano. For now, I won't remove the Frag plug, I want to see his reaction first.
    Also sorry for the video quality, I had to rush a little for this one. Something else I don't mention: Dinos will always be there, I can only control their growth. In fact, they have been in my aquarium since almost the beginning but I just never really mention it since I was able to control them in the past but the aquarium is changing and it hasn't reached its final form, so more balance control has to be done.

    Man dude are you going to restart the tank? I’m dealing with Dinos too. Just finished a 3 day blackout while dosing dinox and having a UV light. If that doesn’t work I’m thinking a 5-6 day blackout will work. Is just move my corals somewhere meanwhile.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why would I restart? I've managed them for a year so far ;)
      Watch out for long black out, it can hurt corals, you probably have a type of dino that black out doesn't work well, it depends on the species. If you have move coral somewhere else (another tank I assume?) careful because you bring dinos with them, but perhaps the other tanks can manage it.

    • @Goose619
      @Goose619 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AquaSplendor I have prorocentrum. Up until now I had not tried a black out. It’s a lot of work to get rid of them. I can’t just enjoy my aquarium and they’ve already killed my urchin some crabs and some corals. Today my black out ends. Im going to clean the tank and do a water change. Hopefully it worked. Oh I picked up some live phytoplankton and pods too. I’ll be dumping them in today.

    • @AquaSplendor
      @AquaSplendor  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Goose619 If you can find stuff that eat them that would be the best! Make sure you have a stable parameter in the tank, swing have tendancy to create prolification of dinos. I'm a bit lucky in my case, the black out is feasable and higher temperature is tolerated by my corals.
