If those 3 "running quarterbacks" were statistically as good as the non running quarterbacks, you'd be looking at about an 88% chance they haven't won the superbowl. If you expand your search to include more guys, you suddenly have Steve Young and Russel Wilson with rings. It's just not a good way to think.
