    재밌네요 ㅋㅋ 초보용이다 생각하시고 봄 좋을꺼 같아요.까다운 곳엔 시편 90도 외엔 허용이 안됩니다.그래도 너무 재밌게 봤어요.면에 돋보기도 있으시고 연세도 있으신데 취미로 영상도 찍으시고 너무 유용했습니다 ^^

    Por qué lleva él rumbo o direccion al contrario dé lo qué debe ser.. soldar dé derecha a izquierda..no dé izquierda a derecha.. queda mejor así? Me explicas por favor.. gracias

    안녕하세요 용접을 배우고 있는데
    용접스파크를 주고 스위치를 떼고 용접을 베이비라고 하고 스위치를 눌려 약하게 해서 용접할때 밤? 이렇게 표현하는거 같던데
    그라인드? 뭐 이런용어도 나오더라구요 관련 용어를 좀더 알수있을까요?

    현직20년차 용접사입니다.저같은경우는 40~45도각으로 각을주고 쇳물에 쳐짐을 방지합니다.

      About 210A and 22~23V. It depends on wedler's skill.

    모재가 9t인가요?
    갭은 몇미리인가요..?
    저는 갭4mm로하는데 2패스 처음쏠때 밑줄부터쏘면 윗줄이 골이 깊어져서 전류전압을 쎄게쏴도 Rt찍히더라구요..
    그래서 2패스 처음은 윗줄부터 쏘니까 안찍히던데...문젠 밑에줄이 물흐르는것처럼 되서 슬래그가 좀끼여요 ㅠ;

      전진법 보다 용입이 잘 됩니다. 그래서 후판 용접에 적합합니다.

      Based on WPS, the current is 160~180A and the voltage is 17~18V, but the actual output is different for each machine, so it needs to be adjusted according to the situation.
      The voltage is used a little higher than the reference value. It need to be adjusted so that you can feel the arc spreading, not the feeling of the wire being sucked into the arc.

    Do NOT point the whip DOWNWARD!! The weld is going to droop REALLY bad causing “crowning” and the other plate won’t even be fused!!

    선생님 5번째, 6번째 비드를 쌓고 나면 가운데가 움푹 패여서 골이 지는데 이럴 땐 어떻게 해야 할까요?

      @@weldingmaster238 그런데 마지막 파이널 비드를 쌓을때 2층부터 완전 녹아서 비드가 1층이랑 겹쳐버립니다ㅜ 전류 전압도 낮춰보고 진행속도도 빠르게 해봤는데 왜 이렇게 나오는 걸까요ㅜㅜ 토치각도는 70도까진 올려봤습니다ㅜㅜ

    1차빽부터 끝까지 전압전류가 동일한가요?

      1차 빽낼 때는 220A, 23V 정도, 중간층에서는 190A, 21V 정도로 조금 낮춥니다. 그런데 용접기마다 상태가 다를 수 있다는 점 감안하셔야 합니다. 빽 낼때 전류값을 조금 더 세게 하는게 결함이 적습니다.

    2g백 낼떄 토치를 밑을 주면 언더컷 먹어요 님아 살짝 위로 주고 땡겨야지 하이날 비드도 영 아닌데 ...디스가 아니라 다시 배우셔야 할듯

    시험규정에 오바헤드.수직.수평.싹다 10도까지 허용되는거 없애야됩니다.초보들이나 하는 10도 기울여놓고 용접시편 얼척없네요.가르킬라면 정석대로 배워주세요

      방향은 본인이 원하는대로 하면 됩니다. 다만 방향을 바꿔가며 하면 비드 높이가 달라서 맞추기 힘들겠죠.

    1차빽만 전류 다르고 2~10페스는 전류 다 똑같이 쓰시나요?
