The ones that are pretty fitting for me would be the dragon, The blade, the beast and shockwave. those ninjutsu would be op if youd add them to a combo, although all ninjutsu are op when you know how to fight with them

I'd say the best ones are tornado and horse, those are pretty OP, dragon is good to snipe and support too.
