I resigned from an organization and requested to pay-off the notice period and joined a new organisation. But they didn't allow the notice period pay off and sent the relieving letter with LWD which is after 60 of the date I resigned (Notice days). Now it looks like I was moonlighting, it also appears on my EPF portal and overlap days show as 55 days. Will this impact the BVG (in future switches)? What if I don't show that organisation in my resume (it's 8 months experience)? Is there a still a way to correct my LWD on the experience and the PF portal?
Not sure why the matrimony cases was skimmed off, when its very pertinent for men in the workforce apart from traffic and petty cases. Also I really dont understand why multiple jobs are not allowed as long as its not conflict of interest or with a competitor. For example a developer can be performing at a gig, or teach at a private college as long as it is not leading to a crime. The employers need to understand that they should be able to accound for 8hrs of job rather than poking noses into the private life of the employee
Very balanced approach of discussion of both organization and employees perspective. It's eye opening for me. Thank you so much.
