Before I start this ---- I LOVE your videos, and I am a faithful follower. HOWEVER!! As a women who sews and designs a lot of my own clothes, these colors are BLESCH!!!! The new colors are for you blondie, red head women, and you will look fabulous in them. I might add, your hair is stunning!! NOW --- we true winter color ladies who need deep rich, vibrant colors, along with contrast are going to look SICK in any and all of these colors except the stark white!! BUT!! guess what??? I am sticking with the colors that look good on me, and so much for being in style with colors. 🥰🤣🤣 Once again, I am careful to gripe. At least orange, and yield sign yellow are going their way. Love you girl!!
I agree, while there is debate on color theory, for me it makes a difference. I rarely dress according to what the in colors are and stay for the most part to cool neutrals with some accents. The fashion industry leans very warm recently so there’s not a lot for me to embrace.
Thanks for sharing this. I am cool toned. Blue, white and grey will work well, but the warm tones are a no go. All the muted colors are not my thing at all.
Yay! For those of us in the Spring colour palette range, it's a win. I already have many of these colours in my closet and drawers. Some have been hard to find over the years. But I look forward to a bonanza. BTW: I mix a lot of lilac and chambray blue pieces together. They make such a feminine pretty summertime combo.
Great video. Peach is not good for me but I could see a blue, a green and a lilac which I hope will make it into the petite sections as I need to replace some basics.
I love the Peach Fuzz and Desert Flower, they are beautiful. I also like the Lemon Drop and the Lilac. I can’t wait for Spring to see the clothes in these beautiful colors.
The peach color reminds me of my late mother. She loved it and it looked great on her. She wore a peach colored gown at my wedding. I'm glad there are still pinks and blues in the pallete because they look good on me. Love your sweater. The color is luscious!
Hi Jamie! I'm happy with the peach fuzz - a color that I can wear. I also like mint and capri. It will be fun to see the spring fashions coming into the stores in the new year! Merry Christmas to you!!
Love these videos every year and season!! Thank you 🩵🧡🤎for explaining the color trends that we see in the stores and this helps me decide on the standout pieces and pops of color I will look for in the stores.
The colors are so soft and beautiful! I loved all of them…❤The pretty orangish color rooibos is pronounced Roybose and it ‘s a lovely tea full of antioxidants….my daughter is a Christian missionary in Africa and always brings it home to me. Her name is Jamie too…😊
Yay!! I love that Peach Fuzz is the colour of the year, that shade has been a favorite of mine for years, along with Capri. I agree with @antoniaz that this year is a win for anyone in the Spring colour range. I also love Marlin. Thanks for this video, it gets me thinking about my spring wardrobe early and hitting the thrift / vintage stores looking for that hidden gem.
I love the capri as it's a darker version of my favorite color, aqua! I love turquoise that leans blue, be it light or dark. The lilac and the chambray blue are lovely and would suit my cool coloring also but I'd look positively ill in the peach fuzz! Thanks for this fun video! ❤
Thank you. I live both the blues, the lavender and both the greens! I like the neutral mushroom. I know that one of the greens isn’t cool but I am a little neutral so I think I can wear it.
I love the colors. I don't think they would work for my skin color but I have always loved peach range colors as well as turquois range of colors. I don't have a favorite but tend to go for greens and reds or the classics for my wardrobe. I can shop my wardrobe for some of these colors already.
I think it's terrific that the color of the year is a warm tone as recent colors of the year have been cooler. It will be great for people who gravitate towards warm colors. However, this is not for me; mushroom, yellow, peach do not look good on me. Nevertheless, if we look carefully, we can all find something that works for us. Im attracted to cooler tones, so lilac, the greys, the bright white, the marlin blue, or the capri will work for me. I already have some of these in my wardrobe, so dont have to shop for new, but may give them a new look to see how to feature them this winter and spring. Thanks for sharing this video and showing some of these colors in action in current fashion. I appreciate the research that you did.
Rooibos (pronounced Roy-boss which translates to red bush) is indigenous to South Africa. The leaves are used to make a herbal tea which gives off a red colour.
I hate peach! It always displaces the cool, pale pinks that I love so much from the shop’s offerings. The last time it was in, called blush, I couldn’t find any pink for almost 20 years. Only those with warm undertones can wear this orangey color, not me, it might be my very least flattering.
I'm here for the Orangeade! Although I can't believe it's been 2 years since Veri Peri! The Chambray is a lovely colour, looks great with orange or lemon. I find clear spring colours look best on me and there are some lovely possibilities in these latest colourways. At 73 I find muted (fuzzy) hues can be aging, so perhaps a peach without the fuzz? 😊 Seems Peach Fuzz works well for those with warm (autumnal) undertones, some springs also if worn with complementary colours. Rooibos (red bush) is a plant grown in South Africa, the leaves are often made into a rather soothing tea. Could be an interesting red to consider.
I really like the Spring colors of the 2024 palette. When it comes to yellow, orange & red I find the softer shades work best on me. Peaches, peachy-pinks, salmon pinks, or brick reds & rusts/soft terracotta shades (adobe clay type shades) The blues & greens are great as well. Since I already have a lot of peach/rust in my closet I will probably try & add some blues & softer greens (I have a ton of olive since it was the easist neutral option I could find for many years) I don't like the neutrals as much since they are too grey. I prefer camel, tan, a brighter navy & cream/ivory/soft white. My style vibe is pretty Boho/Natural so these colors work well for me.
There’s not much here for us dominant Soft color types. The white and the taupe (mushroom) are fine, I already wear these a lot, and possibly the Marlin and Chambray Blues, both of which are muted (contain gray). These color recommendations always contain too many clear, bright and intense colors for my coloring type. I liked the Rose Quartz from last year and the pale, soft green, I forget the name. These palettes also lean toward warmer-toned colors, which don’t suit my cool coloring. Thanks for showing us.
I’m a Calm Autumn, while these shades aren’t exact many are close. I’m so pleased to see a Lilac, although I lean towards Lavender, it’s one of my favorites and so hard to find anything in. Thank you for sharing Jamie❤️
That color looks amazing on you! I was told years ago that the best colors for me are jewel tones (Red, sapphire blue, emerald green, and dark purple), so what can I do with all of these great colors? Also how do you incorporate new colors every season without spending a fortune and having to stop wearing at the end of the season?
Me too. You could buy a handbag in one of these colors. You could get a skirt or pants in one of these colors and wear the beautiful jewel tones in your tops. Personally, I'm not going to worry about color trends, they'll change again next year. In the meantime I'll wear my favorite colors. 🙂
When it comes to skin tone, I'm a true winter (cool tones). Which of these colors might suit me? Just Chambray Blue, Pastel Lilac, Capri, Mint un Marlin? Or am I wrong?
I love all your videos and this is no exception. However only the blues are in my color palette. That's okay. Even though I've lost 20 pounds, I'm planning to lose 20 more, so I'm just gonna stick to my no buy.
From watching Color Analysis videos, I thought that Orange (Peach) is the only color that does not have cool/warm shade versions. Is my assumption correct in that this Peach color of the year will work predominately for warm skin tones?
They remind me of the type of "designer" colors from back in the early to mid 80s (think: mauve, puce, country blue, dusty rose, etc.). I like the peach, but the rest are ehh. I don't know about with all skin tones and haircolors, but these seem like the kinds of colors you have to "make work" with other colors or accessories that draw the focus away from the color, especially if someone tries to get monochromatic with it.
Not a huge fan of pastels, to be honest, as they don't look that great on me. But I'm loving the Rooibos Tea. That may be the color I choose for my 2024 color of the year.
I like to see more color in clothing. Too much black, white, gray and beige is boring. I bought a year ago some shoes labeled "Chili" that look like your rust color. Also prints are less likely to show that little coffee stain or smudge than the white button down.

Yes. True Summer here, I shall continue to shop my wardrobe 🙂
Same!!

Agree with the colors, but prints….ugh
Great video. Peach is not good for me but I could see a blue, a green and a lilac which I hope will make it into the petite sections as I need to replace some basics.
Mint 💚
It is interesting that most of the neutral colors appear cool toned and the others seem mostly warm toned. I enjoy these videos - thank you.
That's what I thought, too!
I love the colors and i love all of the dresses. These colors work well for my warm skin tone.
Lilac is my favorite. It's so beautiful and subdued:) It can pair with just about anything too!!
😊terrific and beautiful video! Thank you so much! I am set with all the colors! You look beautiful in your corslly peach sweater!
Corallie
I love the Peach Fuzz and Desert Flower, they are beautiful. I also like the Lemon Drop and the Lilac. I can’t wait for Spring to see the clothes in these beautiful colors.
I have a very cool skin tone so the green and lilac are the friendliest colors for me.
I'm love❤ ing these colors! Your sweater is beautiful and looks so pretty on you!
I would like to wear the blue and green together, as well as the pink, yellow and peach together.
The peach color reminds me of my late mother. She loved it and it looked great on her. She wore a peach colored gown at my wedding. I'm glad there are still pinks and blues in the pallete because they look good on me. Love your sweater. The color is luscious!
Do they alternate cool and warm colors every year? It seems like they should in order to capture the entire market. Blue based colors work for me.
Anyone with warm undertones is going to do great in 2024. The rest of us are going to have trouble. Especially with the color of the year!
Love your videos. I love the Marlin blue color the best for me!
That's great! I love it too!
Hi Jamie! I'm happy with the peach fuzz - a color that I can wear. I also like mint and capri. It will be fun to see the spring fashions coming into the stores in the new year! Merry Christmas to you!!
I'm an Autumn person. I love the colors for 2024. They are a better fit with the clothes I already own.
Love these videos every year and season!! Thank you 🩵🧡🤎for explaining the color trends that we see in the stores and this helps me decide on the standout pieces and pops of color I will look for in the stores.
Bright Marlin is my favorite!

Yay! Colors we can wear! And love!
I love the capri as it's a darker version of my favorite color, aqua! I love turquoise that leans blue, be it light or dark. The lilac and the chambray blue are lovely and would suit my cool coloring also but I'd look positively ill in the peach fuzz! Thanks for this fun video! ❤
Thanks so much for the forecast! I just wish there was something in the links I could afford to buy! Great examples choices though!
Thank you. I live both the blues, the lavender and both the greens! I like the neutral mushroom. I know that one of the greens isn’t cool but I am a little neutral so I think I can wear it.
I love the peaches and orange colors!!! I’m excited
Love lemon drop yellow 🟡
I like the blue and peach only if it has lots of pink undertones. It look’s like seventies colors
Love 💚the video, great 2024 spring summer color 👍. Thank you, best wishes to all 💐
Rooibos is a South African bush/ indigenous plant that tea is made from and is translated Red bush. It could be safely pronounced Roy-boss 🙂
Very friendly to Falls
Yes!!!! I love the warm colors.
I ❤️ Capri color and the peace, that salmon pink you have on.!!! Ribose TEA!❤
I LOVED the video‼️ALL the colors are my colors...corals & peach r my favorites. Thank you‼️
Thank you! Me Too!
I love the colors. I don't think they would work for my skin color but I have always loved peach range colors as well as turquois range of colors. I don't have a favorite but tend to go for greens and reds or the classics for my wardrobe. I can shop my wardrobe for some of these colors already.
Really nicely organized video. My daughter and I enjoy it💗
Jamie, I just bought a soft coat in felted wool the. colour of your sweater. It makes me feel such a grrrl - love it🤓
Beautiful colors, but not for those of us who are Winters. Thanks for showing us the new 2024 colors, though. Happy holidays!
Great video! Peach is my favorite - almost a neutral for me. 😊
Beautiful Jamie! Thank you. Spring!🌱👍
These colors feel much more accessible than last year’s. Thank you for presenting these.
Love the capri color! It’s a happy color. ❤
Thank you for your videos ❤. Maybe a video exploring both new color trends and skin undertones that go with it?
These are ok but I'm not giving up navy
I think it's terrific that the color of the year is a warm tone as recent colors of the year have been cooler. It will be great for people who gravitate towards warm colors. Me too! It washes me out!
Ditto.
Me too 😮
Rooibos Tea is a South African herbal tea, delicious, as a red cappuccino with cinnamon and honey. Pronounced "Royboss"
Cute name for sure. I didn’t like it as a standalone colour, but coordinated with a range of the other colours, it wasn’t too bad.
I'm here for the Orangeade! Although I can't believe it's been 2 years since Veri Peri! The Chambray is a lovely colour, looks great with orange or lemon. Love that colour on you
Thank you!
Orangeade is all that and a bag of Frito lays
Marlin would be my favorite. Really do not care for the “muddy “ coloration of the rest of the palette.
Rooibos is Redbush in english
When it comes to skin tone, I'm a true winter (cool tones). Which of these colors might suit me? Just Chambray Blue, Pastel Lilac, Capri, Mint un Marlin? Or am I wrong?
The orange is so Hermes
Where did you get your sweater? Such a pretty color.
That red is DEFINITELY a RUST colour. I love when you do these videos every yr!
Glad you like them!
I love all your videos and this is no exception. However only the blues are in my color palette. That's okay. Even though I've lost 20 pounds, I'm planning to lose 20 more, so I'm just gonna stick to my no buy.
Whbm already has their version of peach fuzz out!
That's awesome!
Rooibos-means Red bush in Afrikaans (a largely Dutch based language) used widely in South Africa.
From watching Color Analysis videos, I thought that Orange (Peach) is the only color that does not have cool/warm shade versions. Is my assumption correct in that this Peach color of the year will work predominately for warm skin tones?
I don't like peach unless it's in a print with pink not on its own! I like the green in lighter shades, and with the blue.
Corals anyday.🎉
IMHO, the red color is the color of your hair on video!
They remind me of the type of "designer" colors from back in the early to mid 80s (think: mauve, puce, country blue, dusty rose, etc.). I like the peach, but the rest are ehh. ❤ finally not fuksia not neons, not Barbie rose....very tasty colors
I see Snooky the Pimp is making a comeback 1:12
Capri is my fav or the new colors. Not a fan of the peach fuzz color.
I’m covered in freckles, peach fuzz makes me look like someone has puked on me.
🟡 🧡

I love your video, but do not like the music in the background.
Love the colors but not the dresses😂
Ugly ….looks like little house on the prairie. Norway would I wear any!
