Just bought one of these used, I have been eyeing them for a while. I liked the idea of a titanium/quartz grab and go watch that is pretty affordable, and heard the build quality was great. Obviously the LE adds a nice bonus too.
I just ordered a titanium proto dial myself, such a great little company. I had one before and don't remember them being 14mm thick, they just blend in.
The scurfa is just the perfect diver watch in my opinion when you take into account the features, the quality and the total cost. I have the Diver-One Proto Dial (blue) and I love it. I want to get this limited edition hopefully on the used market if one pops up.
@@boston961 I don't think so. You can't go wrong! Its a 40mm case, so its definitely not a large case size. The thickness might be a little bit larger than some other 40mm watches, but only by a little bit. Youll love it
I've got the stainless version and love it. That's the nicest sounding titanium bezel I've heard. the stainless one is great and the bracelet is great. For me I wish the bracket tapered a bit more for dressy but it's all amazing!
Awesome, awesome piece! 💪 Always wanted to try one of their quartz divers. Haven't tried one sonfra, but definitely will. Just not sure whether I'll get the steel or titanium.
@@marshallcollins8634 initially from photos the hands appeared disproportionate to the watch dial. But, after seeing the watch in person it’s not the case.
Love my ti Scurfa. Well made. Lightweight and comfortable. Accurate. Very legible. I LOVE IT after many, many Seikos and Citizens.

The black pronto dial looks very interesting. And these don’t wear that tall, I think they wear just like any 13mm tall diver, no difference.
Have been on my radar for a few years now, will wait until 2023 and see what Paul releases as the limited edition. Great review though.

@@epicur3an thanks for the reply ! Just have to wait for the re-stock now .
Blue proto here too - wears like a classic sun. I'm a 39 - 40mm guy with divers and it is fantastic.

want one. love the high contrast dial and hands & the BGW9. what an all brushed beauty 😍

Love it, want one. Good point you make about it being a true tough tool watch as an alternative to a age shock. I just have to have one.
Great videos man! I’ve been looking for the MS. I’d love to purchase this if you ever want to move on from it.
Thank you! This one’s staying in the collection, at least for a while.
great review , I'm looking to get the titanium model , only concern is it will be to big on a 6.5 inch wrist .
I don’t think you will have an issue with these, especially if you keep it on a strap or nato.
@@thewatchverdict cool , thanks
How does the thickness wear ? Nearly 15mm is pretty thick
It doesn’t wear tall. To me it wears like most 13mm divers.
Where can I buy this one?
I wish the hands were different
Duck long
Why , what is wrong with the hands, is it too easy to see them?
@@marshallcollins8634 They're reminiscent of the late '60s Omega Seamaster 300.

The limited ed. Thing looks like a joke to me if you offer it every year...
