    My problem is not in falling asleep. I fall asleep quickly. My problem is that I wake up too early and can't get back to sleep

    Magnesium FTW! I always take magnesium, taurine and melatonin before bed and it's the best combo(for me). Can you please do a video about poppy seeds and it's benefits/dangers? Thank you!
