Introduction to Mininet Emulator | Mininet for beginner | SDN | Software-Defined Networking

This is an introduction to Mininet, a powerful networking Emulator which can be used in research of network Specially in Software-Defined Networking (SDN). Morever it can be used in various practical implementations of network like RMI, RPC, Packet analysis, traffic generator, Socket programming. Number of experiments regarding Computer Network can be done in Mininet if we does not have real LAN, Local area network. I am currently working DDoS attack mitigation using the Mininet topology, Number of Controllers like POX, Ryu, ONOS, Fllodlight etc can be used with Mininet. It is very poerful tool to learn OpenFlow, Open Virtual Switch (OVS), SDN. Many thing for Teaching-Learning in Networking field can be done by creating Mininet topology which can be done in real LAN.
