As always, keep up the great videos! The floating marshmallows looked wild at 15:30 haha

This is why I haven't done a stout braggot yet. Have to either add a butt load of lactose, or do a super high mash to retain the amount of dextrins necessary to have a decent mouthfeel. I prefer drier stouts, so I think it would be doable just through mashing (like at 158 or 160 degrees), Do like 60 / 40 or 70 / 30 split on the grain and honey. Bittering addition only, with Warrior or Chinook. Pilsner and Munich base, with 3%-5% roasted barley, 8%-10% Briess Carabrown, and 1%-2% of Crystal 120L / Special B, or similar. For honey, probably just wildflower. Orange blossom might work, if you want to use something like Hornindal or Voss kveik. In that case, perhaps a charge of Cascade hops at flameout too?
    Hmmmm... too many recipe ideas.
Edit: OH. Could use a healthy dose of flaked barley to bring the mouthfeel up too.

Right so i just added my nutrients after two days after starting, and it bubbled over like coke and menthos. I didn’t degas it before cause i wanted to mix the nutrients with the degassing wand.
    Should degas before?

You can degas - just make sure to stir lightly!

If you use the spray bottle method (meaning you combine some distilled water and star san in a spray bottle). The actually star san itself can last forever after you open it!
