What about formatting an Internal drive? I don't have the erase button for mine. It is a Kingston which replaced the original HD. I'm trying to update to Catalina and can't because my drive isn't APFS.

Yes, if you are using Apple products, the format of choice is APFS. That format is optimized for SSD drives and unique to Apple. Just a quick reminder, you will erase everything on your SSD drive when you format so please back it up unless it's a brand new drive. I hope that helps. Some people want it to slow down. I've gotten faster over the years because of the complaints of going too slow :-). Best advice I can give is to pause the video and rewind if I'm going too quick. There should be chapter markers as well to replay a section. I realize some of this technical stuff moves along at a rapid pace, but it's the best solution I've found to satisfy the larger audience.
