Justin Dow.. Some very good points to add to Mike's video for sure. However there for a minute I thought you said zipper cooter... It took a minute and I was like ah, he said zip recruiter.. Well that made a lot more sense. 😂
The problem master techs have in finding a new job is finding a shop that will pay what we have to have. Sometimes that amount is just too much for a shop to pay someone just starting at their shop. That being said you would think there would be a lot shops willing hire and pay us the money we need for all of our certs and experience..

Not sure FRM is looking for a lube tech job. He's slightly over qualified for that position. BUT the first part of vid is good advice for all experienced techs and the rest is good for younger less experienced tech wanta bees.
