you are stopping at rest areas or bus stops that's why there are so many people and you need to go order because lots of people get out of the vans or buses and just sit and rest.
If I could hit that thumbs up a thousand times I would, you guys are awesome. I have watched everything you guys have produced. You just keep getting better with every video. Love from Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada.
Highly recommend you to go to Tà Xùa (the dinosaur spine road), Hà Giang Loop, Mộc Châu, Mai Châu valley (Hoà Bình), Hang Kia - Sơn La, Ba Bể Lake, Ba Bể national Park
I lived in Mang Den for a year before. It was a nice, quite place with beautiful scenery and weather. I'm so surprised that you guys travelled pass this place but unfortunately couldn't stay for long. Nice video as usual
Kudos to you two. Rarely I watch a series of anything but you two have entertained my last two days. Also the appetite to ride to Vietnam is whistling as I am boiling inside already. Love y'all and looking forward to the next episode.
That road really looks like so much fun and that unexpected scene/view you guys found was beautiful...but wait until you hit the Ha Giang Loop....you'll be gobsmacked.
Hi guys, i only just stumbled across this trip on your channel and are watchingyour complete journey...me and 2 other guys from Australia are planning on doing the same sort of similar adventure ...just a few questions if you could answer please....is 4 to 5 hours the maximum amount of riding time that is comfortable enough to accomplish?....did you think that 125 was adequate or a tad to small or would a large scooter be more comfortable?... and what sort of daily cost would cover food, fuel and accommodation?..also what would be the most logical time of the year in Vietnam to do this adventure?...i really enjoyed your adventure!
Another sick episode 👍 the rain can defs be a pain. I always find carrying a CPL of garbage bags/bin liners came in handy to cover bags with helped keep em dry. Those back country roads and views are stunning. #travelsafe 😊
You know, Ho Chi Minh trail is the adventure of my dream. I'm 40 now and I don't know when I'm able make that trip. Just so you know how eager I am, waiting for your next episode.
Loving the videos, great to see you guys enjoying it. We have a small suggestion for you, put the recording date somewhere in the video. Every time my wife and I watch she always asks me when the video was from to get a "feel" for the potential of weather/crowds etc at that time.. :) We jet off for the north in a week's time and can't wait.. not quite the same scale as you guys and not on bikes but hopefully a great experience all the same. Keep it up and we look forward to the next video. Take care!
Thank you! Yes of course, good suggestion! We were here in January and this video was filmed on the 15th January 2023😊 We hope you have a lovely time in Vietnam!🎉🇻🇳
From our research its from May to September in northern Vietnam, May to October in southern Vietnam, and September to December in the central Vietnam.it’s meant to be dry season for us, but it’s definitely not, but it does depend on where you are in the country😊
I went to Măng Đen from Quảng Ngãi almost 2 months ago and it was freezing cold, 11 degree C at noon and raining, can't enjoy its beauty because all of the hotels were out of room. Hope you guys have a great trip, so much to explore ahead.
Thank you! We rented the bike with Style Motorbikes. They have a shop in Ho Chi Minh City as well as Hanoi so you are able to drop it back to them there😊
Want to see a majestic mountain range? Wait until you get to North of Northern Vietnam...for now, Hope you're enjoying every minute of your Journey !❤️
Măng Đen is absolutely one of my favourite destination during my Xuyên Việt trip (cross-country trip) 2 months ago. Violak pass is definitely breath taking. Wait until you get to Hà Giang or Mộc Châu. You're going on the highland route, the sea-side route also offers amazingly scenic passes right next to the sea.
Shocking how you all aren't adapted to the rain, being from UK. Being from South Florida, the 2 advantages I feel I have traveling to SE Asia is how familiar I am with heat and rain. I enjoy watching your journey as I plan on doing a similar trek soon
We try to avoid the English weather and travel in our van instead to warmer climates. Nothing prepares you for being hit with torrential rain on the bike though😂😂 thanks for sharing!
2Passports 1Dream stayed at the best hostel I've seen. It's like a modern hotel room. They also booked an awesome sleeper bus in Vietnam and had the nicest room during their Ha Long Bay trip. The nicest hotel I've seen was from Mandy and Lloyd's video in Sa Pa, I think.
Wow, another epic ride! I've been to Dalat but had never heard of Mang Den or Violak Pass. Will try to visit someday. And what a cute little cafe in a garden setting that was. "I hate people,"" haha... You mean you hate crowds? Nice people you meet along the way make your day, don't they? I've seen in other travel videos that north central to north vn can get very cold in the winter, coupled with the rain and windchill factor on a bike = misery. But hey, can't wait to see what's next :)
Thank you! haha yes, crowds for sure, hating people would be very bad🤣 yes the weather is so interchangeable throughout the whole country so it's hard to be prepared for whats next!
Go to Moc Châu ( North West of VN ) to check-out the longest glass bridge in the world : Bach Long bridge , built 2 years ago , almost one km long , suspended over a river and going along a mountain cliff . So far not many tourists know about that spot yet .
at 16:01 you said you felt like a condom, actually the rain coat in Vietnamese is '' áo mưa " and we often use that word for condom as well since it serves the same purpose of protection. 😁
The scenery in Vietnam is very diverse, riding through central highland and northwest Vietnam you see mountains and greenery but If you take the coastal route from Saigon (HCMC) to Da Nang you'll see ocean on one side and sand desert like on one side, you feel like you not even in Vietnam. Here is what it look like if you take coastal road th-cam.com/video/eKGa3ftuXkc/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=MaiTrieuNguyen
These videos are unassuming but amazing. What you've done is excellent. Only one thing, as a fellow northerner I wish you'd both call it 'Vietnam' and not 'Vietnarm' 😂

Dude you guys are awesome. Mitch top man yea. Even with bad weather and road conditions U2 have the most positive attitude about it. Cheers 👍🍻🍻
Thank you so much🤘😁
Big fat thumbs up for taking the less traveled road and see rural and small towns of VN.
Thank you 😊
Great scenery, it's like I'm riding in the sidecar alongside! Tune in next time, to find out what our plunky, intrepid heroes get up to!👀
Glad you enjoyed it! More to come🤘🏻
when you show up at a place like the cafe that seems empty you can yell "Chi Oi! Anh Oi!" if they are in earshot or resting they will come to help you
thanks for the tip!
I agree be careful. I live in HCM City and joined. You guys are good together.
thank you 😃
Wow that's amazing 👍👌❤️
Thanks a lot 😊
Tuyệt vời, chúc 2 bạn may mắn
Thank you 😊

U gotta go to the northern Vietnam, it will blow your mind for real!
Highly recommend you to go to Tà Xùa (the dinosaur spine road), Hà Giang Loop, Mộc Châu, Mai Châu valley (Hoà Bình), Hang Kia - Sơn La, Ba Bể Lake, Ba Bể national Park

You guys are the best! It feels a privilege to share in your adventures!
Our pleasure! Thanks so much for watching 🥰
One thing I notice is I’m enjoying the raw sound of the engine and atmosphere rather than where others do music montages. Keep the realness!

Remember try Hà Giang loop in the north, its the best loop in vietnam 😂
Great scenery! You guys convinced me (Vietnamese in US) to travel more back to VN. VN Tourism should sponsor your vlog 🙂
You should! Haha thank you😊

Hola👋from New México🌶️🌵...Beautiful country. When is their moonsoon season? Great vlog.

Welcome!
Hi guys ,love your video's, just one question. How much fuel ⛽️ are you going through and the cost.
Thank you! We did around 7 fill ups throughout our whole trip, which we didn’t think was bad 😊
I went to Măng Đen from Quảng Ngãi almost 2 months ago and it was freezing cold, 11 degree C at noon and raining, can't enjoy its beauty because all of the hotels were out of room. Hope you guys have a great trip, so much to explore ahead.

Hope you had a good time in Vietnam
Hi M&M... Love what you guys are doing. Just one question, did you buy the motorbike or on rental? If rental, how do you return it? Thanks
Thank you! We rented the bike with Style Motorbikes. They have a shop in Ho Chi Minh City as well as Hanoi so you are able to drop it back to them there😊
@@TheJammyGits 😎 Cool. Thanks
Just landed in Hanoi yesterday. I noticed that full face helmets aren’t very popular. I think we’ll buy a couple for our 4 day motorbike tour
Want to see a majestic mountain range? Wait until you get to North of Northern Vietnam...for now, Hope you're enjoying every minute of your Journey !❤️
Sounds great! thank you!

14:40 wow
Remember the Hai Van pass when you go through Da Nang heading to the North! You will no regret of it
Yes we’ve done the Hai Van pass before we love it!
guys, you are using ZV-10E Sony , is it right ?
Yes we are😃
Dalat has amazing hostel with private rooms. I forgot the vlogger that stayed there but it looked very nice
thank you

Totally wet & soaked 😢 😅
Come to Cambodia please ❤
We’d love to!

at 16:01 you said you felt like a condom, actually the rain coat in Vietnamese is '' áo mưa " and we often use that word for condom as well since it serves the same purpose of protection. 😁

@@TheJammyGits yes sure. You two are so cute
I don't want to be that guy but be careful. Driving at night on a motor bike in Southeast Asia is no joke. A lot of drunk people.
This was the only time we rode past sunset as we don't enjoy it anyway so luckily we were fine, but thank you:)
