Abhijit, my daughter is 2 years right now, I'm an Engineer myself, I love watching your videos. When I think about the crappy history we were taught, I feel so bad , I don't want my daughter to study that. Please could you just edit NCERT history from 6-10, and publish it, so that parents themselves can teach the right history to their kids.
I as a teen got to know from videos from unbiased and actual historians. I'm pretty sure any teenager in 6-10th grade won't be so interested in History. There are books recommended by Abhijit Sir, so that can be brought. But the major problem today is Westernised and Hedonistic practices in India, so even if she learns the actual history I'm pretty sure she still won't have that much inclination towards it. Westernised way of living has developed a status quo and is cool, so teenagers like us who lean towards our civilization's history are mocked and considered "Boomer" and "Uncool"

Abhijit, my daughter is 2 years right now, I'm an Engineer myself, I love watching your videos. When I think about the crappy history we were taught, I feel so bad , I don't want my daughter to study that. Please could you just edit NCERT history from 6-10, and publish it, so that parents themselves can teach the right history to their kids.
I as a teen got to know from videos from unbiased and actual historians.
I'm pretty sure any teenager in 6-10th grade won't be so interested in History.
There are books recommended by Abhijit Sir, so that can be brought.
But the major problem today is Westernised and Hedonistic practices in India, so even if she learns the actual history I'm pretty sure she still won't have that much inclination towards it.
Westernised way of living has developed a status quo and is cool, so teenagers like us who lean towards our civilization's history are mocked and considered "Boomer" and "Uncool"

They always argue that the british brought the railways, modern science and development to India. And that british colonialism was a blessing in the history of india. Also they believe if india were to stay with the british it would have been a prosperous sate compared to it is now. I want to know the effect of colonialism in india.
