I have high cholesterol but always have and it runs in my family. Around 220-250. Doesn’t change with diet. No statins, I’ve refused them based on calcium score. I’m now 48 years old. I should note. Common symptoms : 1. Low libido / low sex drive 2. Low energy 3. Low mood 4. Low muscle mass 5. Poor recovery from workouts, low energy 6. Sometimes impaired sleep (it gets circular), low T leads to impaired sleep, impaired sleep leads to low T
I’ve been doing the bioidentical pellets for years now (I’m 54). I don’t get the spikes that injections give you. When I started my doctor would do blood tests every 6 months. Now that I have the dosage dialed in he does it once a year. He monitors everything. To prevent the festivals from stopping testosterone production he will prescribe periodic HCG, although the government has made that a lot more expensive to get. I’m down 45lbs, stronger, have more energy, and rarely get sick. A lot of that is because I work out better now, but I believe this is what allows me to.
All of her interruptions and talking is ruining the clips and amount of content she could have created but it was ruined because she kept talking just to hear her own voice. Might be the worst interview ever with Peter I’ve ever seen
